I had Covid and my throat was so sore I couldn’t swallow without a lot of pain. This pudding is cold and has a lot of protein to keep you full and doesn’t affect your blood sugar. It’s easy to make-just add cold water and stir. Also good for diets. I prefer the lemon taste. Not a Gourmet meal but it’s good for your needs.

I enjoy these puddings so much. They are a quick and satisfying treat. The chocolate ones are a bit clumpier so I add extra water. They are delicious alone or with some fresh fruit added. Good value. Added protein is always a plus.

1st I am not sure why reviews are only a 3.9 If you are wanting a snack but trying to lose weight or stay healthy these are great. My favorites are the Banana Delight & the Chocolate Chips with Marshmallows. Instead of 4 Oz of water I'd use 3.75 Oz of water. I also add some walnut pieces & fresh bananas 🍌 cut up. I use their protein shakes too. Again I really like these and think they taste great for a healthier version of pudding.

I bought this for after my bariatric surgery and it really tastes great! Blends well with hot water or milk. Tastes amazing with the added benefit of extra protein and very few calories! I will be buying more of this! Thanks!!!
