Great stuff! Used it in my pho!

I live in a smaller town which is great for abundance of soup bones but not great for unique cusines. I made a 24 hour pho broth and was just missing rock sugar. Everyone said to just use table sugar but I could not fathom it not being the "real" recipe. Thankfully Amazon got me this in 24 hours also. It arrived just in time and was the perfect and final ingredient. Unsure of labeling but was packaged seemingly nice. I moved it into a mason jar.
