While I had high hopes for this socket, my experience with it has left me quite disappointed. Upon receiving the socket, I was initially impressed with its build quality. The 1/2-inch drive felt sturdy and the socket itself had a reassuring weight to it. However, my enthusiasm was short-lived. After just a single use, I noticed significant wear on the tip of the socket. This wear was unexpected and concerning, especially considering the seemingly durable construction of the tool. The purpose of this purchase was to have a reliable tool for automotive tasks, and unfortunately, the Capri Tools CP30036 did not live up to that expectation. While it served its purpose for the specific job I needed it for, the fact that it showed signs of wear so quickly raises questions about its overall longevity and durability. I would cautiously recommend this socket for those who require it for a one-time use or a very occasional task. However, I strongly advise against adding it to your regular toolbox if you rely on your tools for frequent repairs or maintenance work. It's disappointing that a seemingly well-built tool could exhibit wear after such limited use, leaving me questioning its overall quality and value for the price. In conclusion, the Capri Tools CP30036 12mm XZN Triple Square Bit Socket might be suitable for isolated tasks, but it falls short when it comes to long-term durability and reliability. Consider this purchase carefully based on your specific needs, but be prepared for potential wear and tear that could limit its usefulness over time. Review: Exactement ce que j’avais besoin👍, un gros merci,

That Toyota head bolt that calls for a bi hex also known as a triple square or a 12 points star. This is it. Off course, you can use a 10mm hex socket that has six sides and still work, but you’ll need it in an 1/2 in drive and a long breaker bar or cheater bar and might still strip the bolt. yes, its that tough. This 12mm triple square is the one. Had a very tight fit to the female end of each head bolt; no play at all. Took out all ten head bolts.

I recommend this product. I used it to remove head bolts. It didn’t brake nor change its shape.

I used these for removing the cylinder head on an old VW, and this proved to be a dependable tool.
