It is naturally caffeine-free and can also help with headaches and, when applied topically, cold sores. It has anti-inflammatory properties as well. This comes in a generous size bag and will last a long time!..Great value for the money compared to a box of tea bags you may buy at the store. I boil water in a cup add a teaspoon or two of tea and let it steep for a minute or two, then strain. Fantastic plain or with a touch of honey.
