Let’s do cons first. Bought this and it showed up a month and a half later. Well within shipping guidelines. Build quality was poor. Had scratches and glue was not holding, pieces were broken. Missing screws and nails. Box had holes and was wrapped poorly in cellophane. They did compensate me a small amount for the screws and nails. Pros. I did buy this to fit in an obscure nook in my living room, once I found the screws and nails I assembled it. This was the only one that I found that would fit under my living room shelf piece and it worked perfectly. I did make some modifications since some of the back boards were broken. But it went together well. It has a large storage capacity and was fairly cheap.

It’s lightweight and relatively easy to assemble, but only suitable for very low and gentle use in a dark corner. The screws aren’t sunken, so you have the screw heads sticking out, and some screw holes were pre-drilled off center and took some maneuvering. The boards dent easily and the veneer strips easily, so you must be careful in assembling. The shelf does what I need, but it looks like a cheap piece - which is what it is.
