This after-sun lotion is delivered loose inside standard Amazon packaging. It is contained in a branded plastic bottle and is white with a creamy consistency that is easily absorbed. It has a pleasant coconut aroma and does not feel too greasy. It sooths and helps cool the skin while also moistening it. It is made in the USA, is vegan friendly and has not been tested on animals. All this is good until you get to the price of nearly £17 for a mid sized 237ml bottle. This is a premium product but it does seem rather expensive for an after-sun lotion. But it does work well and smell nice so you may think it is worth it.

The Sun Bum Cool Down After Sun lotion is a 237ml bottle of Premium After Sun that smells amazing and is incredibly effective compared to cheaper after sun lotions on the market. I was a little skeptical considering the price, let's be honest £16.79 for after sun sounds a little excessive however after using this lotion for the last 10 days after my Holiday in Spain I can honestly say I think it's worth the money! This is the first Sun Bum product that I have used and i'd definitely considering purchasing their products in future. The branding is simple and effective, the bottle is informative and really catches the eye. The lotion is aloe vera based with vitamin E and cocoa butter. It's highly absorbent and on my skin it lasted for hours, unlike other brands where i have felt the need to reapply quite quickly after initial use. The cream is quite thick with a gorgeous coconut scent however soaks in to the skin without minutes and doesn't leave a greasy texture like others i've tried. I got a little bit of sunburn on my shoulders whilst away and this lotion immediately cooled it down and helped recovery. I think it's worth paying a little extra for quality skin products such as this. Though some may be put off by the price, I personally think this is a premium product which is very effective. I'd highly recommend it and will be using it for the forseeable future.
