These TruHeight prebiotic & probiotic gummies are great for both kids and adults alike. The taste is wonderful, little ones will definitely love the taste! Texture is also good, and not too sticky (the gummies don't stick together which is a huge plus) and easy to chew and swallow. This is an easy way to get something healthy into a little one or elderly family member or just a picky eater. Good for gut & immune health and a big bonus is no artifical sweeteners.
