High quality
Really nice beans!! Does take a long time to rehydrate and cook but they don't turn to mush. Really enjoying as a salad with tomatoes and cucumbers for a Mediterranean vibe.

They are really that good..
If you like garbanzo beans, these are really the best I've ever tasted. They are fresh and creamy inside, out of 4 cups, I had to toss only 1 bean. I didn't realize what a difference the grower could make. I will buy whatever these folks are selling. I so appreciate a good product, which I why I'm actually writing a review about beans! Thank you.

Old beans?
I think these garbanzo beans were old. When I tried to cook them in my instant pot, I used the usual amount of time and that did not get them done. I almost doubled the time and they still are inconsistently cooked, many of them still hard. I believe this is a sign of old beans. I would recommend looking to another brand.
