Excelente libro de referencia

It is a very good book to practice your calculus skills. Therefore, personally, I would not recommend it to absolute beginners that have never heard of calculus before, simply because the book does not explain 'what' calculus is. It is as advertised, a workbook.

I found this book to be excellent. There's a bit of a difficulty curve jump going in to the chapter for trigonometric substitution, I recommend brushing up on trig first before heading in to that. It's clear the author put a lot of thought in to putting problems that would help test your knowledge before moving on.
