Really cool device. It is easy to use. Simply download the app, plug into your car, set-up a log-in, link to the app and then play! It connects to the app without any issues and has a lot of great functions and settings to try out. The diagnostics on it is also really good.

Brilliant piece of kit. Yes, a bit costly, but it does what other inferior diagnostic devices won’t do. Got a mk5 polo and had an annoying tpms light that was constantly on no matter what I did. This allowed me to switch it off and reprogram it and now the car is absolutely perfect 👌

Will not unlock the gateway SFD on 2025 2026 Audis or VAG vehicle despit the advert on the webpage saying the product is for these vehicles Even with the ultimate package it is no better than my previous version with the bog standard software This is just a big rip off I CAN DO EVERYTHING this does with the previous OBD11 You have to update it on first use this took 2 days as it went in an endless loop updating I am not sure it has updated every time I plug it in it says you have to update it to use it I guess eventually they may get permission to use it on the new SFD ON THE VAG 2025 onwards vehicles But now in the real world just buy the cheapest one it does the same this 3 and ultimate is a total waste of money

Works well. Bear in mind there are fees to pay and some actions require an expensive annual fee.

Does the job - still trying to figure out the full operations, but fault finding appears better with Android vs iPhone - Need to build a good report view.

Had sos battery error after software update on a VW I.d3 Reset it with this tool ….took 5mins Paid for itself in one go as VW wanted £199 just to diagnose this error without fixing it 10/10

although seems well built, sometimes the Bluetooth connection is not working, also some customization are using german language which makes impossible the using of these

It does what it should. Scanning new cars takes a bit more time. I use it mostly for on the go diagnostic tool which can stay in the car. Proper diagnostics it’s better to go for a wired connection in my opinion. Most features are paid. However you could still see live values from inside every ecu for quick test without a subscription I guess it just allows only 5 or 6 at a time. Having it in the car with full access to ecu gives you a peace of mind.

Sehr gutes Tool, zB. für den Gebrauchtwagen-Check und für die Wartung / Service! Vorgeschichte: Haben stundenlang versucht, das Teil zum Laufen zu bringen ("Überprüfung fehlgeschlagen"). Ein E-Mail mit dem Hersteller Support brachte Klärung: Die Neuware war eine Retoure, der "Vorbesitzer" hat nach der Registrierung auch noch eine PIN vergeben. Mein Dank geht an den Hersteller, der hat mit sehr geholfen, dass es letztendlich doch noch funktioniert hat und ich das Gerät NICHT zu amazon zurückschicken musste!! Weil wenn man solch defektes Geraffel zurückschicken muss (Einpacken, ausdrucken, zur Versandstelle bringen) darf man sich auch noch blöd anpflaumen lassen: Uns ist aufgefallen, dass du in letzter Zeit viele deiner Einkäufe zurückgegeben hast. Wir verstehen zwar, dass Rücksendungen Teil des Online-Shoppings sind, aber wir möchten, dass du mit deinem Kauf zufrieden bist. Für zukünftige Einkäufe empfehlen wir dir, die detaillierten Produktinformationen, Fotos, Videos, Kundenrezensionen und Vergleichsfunktionen zu nutzen, um deine Auswahl zu treffen und dein Einkaufserlebnis zu verbessern.
