The only formula I can tolerate. Too bad it’s so expensive and my insurance doesn’t cover it (BCBS in my state doesn’t cover any formula). I have severe gastroparesis, and this formula has gotten my labs in the normal range consistently for the first time in years.

I am not vegan but I love this product. It gave me my life back. I had a serious illness during the pandemic and I discovered this by accident on Amazon. It gave me calories I needed when I couldn’t eat solid food well. It is well tolerated and I never had any digestion problems. I continue to purchase it for extra nutrition.

This product is gentle on the stomach compared to Nestle. It contains a good amount of protein and is an excellent size if you have four meals a day and use a feeding tube. While the product is expensive, you could also try the 1.4 Standard version. It has less protein but is also gentle on the stomach.

Product raised my blood sugar to a high level. High fat content. No refund allowed, therefore before you spend over $130, buy just one bottle first and see how it affects you.

I am so grateful for this meal replacement option. Affordable, nutrient dense, great flavor - really a life saver for a few members of my family that have trouble with solid foods. I was diagnosed with Base-Tongue Cancer October 2, 2019. I began chemotherapy and radiation treatments. By mid-November, the effects of the radiation was so brutal to my mouth, tongue & throat that I was unable to continue to eat and drink by mouth. A temporary feeding tube was placed. I am currently retired but worked for many years as a teacher for the multiply handicapped. In my classroom, I often had to take some time daily to feed my students with enteral (tube feeding) formulas. My wife, Marla, has Wilson's Disease and, later in our marriage, she developed severe neck issues; the complicated neck surgery (that she had) rendered her unable to swallow food permanently. It is a real shame that our local hospital (and other hospitals in our region) are only supplying and distributing antiquated, crude enteral feeding formulas (made with a lot of unnatural, synthetic products) just the same as formulas we had to use many decades ago. Kate Farms is a wonderful product that contains more healthy, holistic food products, rather than a lot what is in the standard formulas that are full of nasty things like sugar, GMO products (that come from seeds genetically modified to annihilate the stomachs of insects), sodium & calcium caseinates, and corn maltodextrin. Kate Farms has much more of the good stuff. Check out their web site. The Kate Farms formula even includes a good amount of organic and herbal/extract ingredients. It has phytonutrients with very healthful antioxidants. Though not perfect -- none of the "healthier" enteral feeding products are perfect -- it is a big step away from the standard, more mediocre products. We tried other of the "healthy" brands, like Nestles Complete and Real Food Blends, but had great difficulty with getting them down my wife's gastrostomy tube. Some of them wouldn't even go through a syringe/bolus when diluted with a lot of water! Marla could not tolerate Liquid Hope. The Kate Farms formula flows much better and is well tolerated by my wife. She looks much better (i.e., much healthier) and has more energy! Highly recommended! Addendum (on 3-12-20): Update 10/01/2020: Kate Farms altered this formula significantly (regarding the MCT oil to LCT oil ratio) without sending letters or reasonably noticeable notification to its customers regarding this. We had no idea, for over two months, that there was a change in the formula. My wife has had digestive issues and other health issues following the change.
