The package was a bit damaged and the brush was bruised, it seems to have been used or something. A bit disappointing.

I like this hair brush. It is gentle on my hair without pulling. Effective at detangling. Easy to clean and is made very well and sturdy while brushing. I like the soft bristles, but still tough enough to get between hair strands. Works nice and very affordable. I like the bright green and black color and makes it easy for me to find if I misplaced it.

This broke after 6 months and the company basically told me 'bad luck, we won't replace it'. Terrible customer service.
