I love kitchen gadgets and this one has been the best so far. I've got more elaborate mandolin but this is the go to on a daily basis. I've got the one with additional blades. They are so easy to change and clean. I love it most for shredded daikon and carrots. So fast and easy. Buy gloves for sharp tools. Helps a lot to keep skin cuts

Not always sharp enough. Some blades are too hard to use with tough food. Like a carrot. I only weigh 230 but had trouble with the double julianne. Single was okay for a carrot and an apple. Nice 3 mm potato slices.

Not easy to grate anything

Easy to clean and safer than my original mandoline. I like the finger guard and the cover that pushes the food down while shredding. Blades are very sharp. Nice packaging to store the unit and a plastic box to hold the extra blades.
