On paper, this product seems like a great idea. As someone who has tried all these supplements individually in the past—for those who know, you know the combo works—it sounded promising. It did absolutely nothing for me except give me an upset stomach for the seven days I took it. Sadly, I couldn’t return it, so I just tossed it in the trash. I bought these for my boyfriend since he had read online that these ingredients help with water coming out of the hose. He went down a rabbithole basically and found out a lot of people complain that there is too much zinc in a lot of these supplements. These have the perfect amount. He says he did not feel any side effects. I'm used to buying new products on Amazon since I buy all sorts of skincare but he was more worried. The ingredients though are really safe and actually the 2nd main ingredient sunflower lecithin is used to promote breastmilk in women (fun fact). They are a bit smaller in width than a US quarter fyi. Maybe in future interactions the company can make smaller pills or something so that people can dose them out more. But I do like that it is a gel caps because my bf felt the effects pretty quickly within the first week. From MY perspective our 'water' play is a lot more fun now LOL so it's probably super worth it for him. I'd say give them a try, if you don't like them you didn't break the bank. Other supplements I've seen are even more expensive and this one gives you a LOT of product. I think the bottle says take 2 but u can always just take 1 and ur good for like 2 months. We've been having a lot of fun tracking how much water comes out of the hose as he takes them lol.
