illy Classico Ground Coffee is a good tasting coffee that works well in my espresso machine and offers good value. I really appreciate the premium, pressurized tin and initially thought it would be great for preserving freshness - which it is, before you open it. However, a significant drawback is that the container isn't actually airtight once opened. The strong coffee smell constantly escaped and filled whichever cupboard I stored it in. When I cleaned the tin out for recycling, I tested this by filling it with water and turning it upside down - sure enough, it leaked from the lid, confirming the poor seal. Because of this, I had to transfer the grounds to a proper airtight container to keep them from going stale. While I enjoy the coffee itself, the tin isn't suitable for storage after being opened.

It’s a lovely coffee and when you open your cupboard door the the aroma is beautiful! But that’s the problem, once you’ve opened the TIN it’s not airtight and while the aroma is nice if you want to keep it fresh you really do need to repackage it into an airtight container. The taste is lovely and it goes well with my Sage Bambino Plus cappuccinos!

Good value nice taste

This is good ground coffee for the espresso machine. I won't say this is the best. For same price some other brands are better and you can get better tasting yet cheaper coffee in supermarkets. It comes in a container which you can seal well - which is a good thing. Mild version is good but the darker roast is too bitter. If you serving espresso to someone whose test you don't know, this is probably the best coffee to try with.

Gusto e Morbidezza: La miscela è morbida ed equilibrata, senza l'amaro o l'acidità eccessiva che a volte si trovano in altri macinati. È un caffè che si beve con piacere. Note Aromatiche: Le promesse di fiori d'arancio e gelsomino si sentono chiaramente, donando un aroma meraviglioso sia durante la preparazione che in tazza. Il retrogusto dolce lascia una piacevole sensazione prolungata. Se siete abituati a comprare caffè più economici, potreste esitare a causa del prezzo. Il mio consiglio è di provarlo. Ho trovato che la qualità costante e la ricchezza del gusto giustificano il costo. Non è solo un buon caffè, è un'esperienza da espresso superiore che rende la pausa molto più gratificante. Imballaggio e Conservazione La confezione da 250g è pratica e il confezionamento sottovuoto garantisce che l'aroma rimanga intatto fino all'apertura. Conclusione Questo Illy Tostato Classico è diventato il mio standard. Nonostante i miei precedenti acquisti basati sul risparmio, ho deciso che continuerò ad acquistarlo regolarmente.
