Ok so I've had this Smith machine for a couple weeks now and it's amazing, I will first start out saying that assembly was fairly easy and took me about 2.5 hours to have it fully put together. The bolts and nuts are individually packaged and divided into steps that make assembly straightforward. the quality of this machine is comparable to what you see at a small local gym! It is perfect for full-body workouts. The independent cables provide continuous tension that allow you to target muscles from different angles and independently addressing training needs for each side of your body (I have a bad shoulder, right side, so I am able to lower the weights on the right side while still keeping more weight on the left for my left side), over the past couple weeks I've already noticed how this machine can improve muscle growth and definition and I def feel this machine is easier on my joints compared to my original home setup which consisted of just free weights and a bench. I also like how this machine has a full rack which makes solo workouts a bit safer using the built-in safety catches and vertical track which reduce risk of injury making me feel more confident while I focus on my form without needing a spotter and is also ideal for isolating specific muscles and can accommodate various exercises like presses squats and lunges. Overall I love the design as it provides a more spacious area to work out! I would def recommend this machine to others, as it is def a great value for the money spent and is totally worth every penny considering how much I can now save by not having to continue paying for a monthly gym membership!

This power cage is perfect for a beginner in home gym. It allows you to train your chest, arms, core, legs and back. The device allows you to adjust the pulley system to 20 different positions for different range of motions. It includes a 360 degree landmine, battle rope anchor, weight storage pins, barbell holders, lat pull down bar, v handle, rowing bar, tricep rope, cable handles, foot board, j hooks, safety arms, dip bars, chain and barbell spring clamps. The entire package came in two separate shipments. The instructions were simple to follow and did not take too long to assemble. Once fully assembled the power cage is very sturdy and allows for a full body work out all in one place. I am very satisfied with the product and could not be happier.

We’ve had this for about a week now and it works great. I built this alone in 5-6 hours, a couple hours over three days after work. The directions were fairly easy to follow. I would suggest using a metric socket wrench as opposed to the little wrenches that come with it. The Smith Machine and cables work great. The functioning is very smooth and I get a full range of movement from every exercise I have tried so far. One slight issue is that the Pulley Sliding Sleeves are difficult to slide up and down. I am hoping this will loosen up a bit over time. Overall this is a real powerhouse in a compact footprint. I would highly recommend this as an addition to any home gym.

I was super hesitant to order a home gym off Amazon because our delivery driver is less than kind to anything weighing more than 3 lbs... So I took the day off to make sure it was unloaded as gently as possible and possibly made a new friend. It's packaged very nice, I didn't notice that anything was banged up or scratched. Two of the vertical tubes had slight bends on the end where they wouldn't fit over the pieces they needed to- just use an adjustable wrench to tweak them a bit and ask was well. Literally a 10 second fix. The included tools would work, but using an actual wrench and a battery powered impact made it a breeze. The bolts are grouped by step- so you get all the needed nuts and bolts for step one, then you know that you installed everything you should have vs a giant pile of bolts that are all kinda the same but have one tiny difference and you use the wrong one on step 2 and needed it for step 17... None of that. I was worried about the cable routing and getting them to sit right and untangled, but it was a breeze. If they want to twist- don't fret. Just run them through a few cycles and they straighten right out. We measured the Smith bar to be 33.2 lbs, for anyone curious. Biggest gripe is the pull downs being plastic. We added some silicone lubricant and it really helped them slide more easily. I'm sure after a few weeks of use they'll be even better. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS WHEN ASSEMBLING. now where the holes and things are and double check orientation for everything before getting too far. Some things will go together more than one way! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the unit. There's really nothing to break or mess up, so that shouldn't be a surprise.

There is a design flaw to this equipment that causes the pulley cables to scrape against sharp steel. The first time I used this the rubber coating was stripped off the cables. Very disappointing. See pictures.

I had an old school bowflex and needed an upgrade as the tension bars kept wearing out and this was it. Install is made really simple with the nuts and bolts labeled as step 1 step 2 step 3, ex.. Took about an hour an a half but this thing is huge

Husband loves it. No issues with the actual gym. Assembly took a long time. The only complaint he had was that when the gym arrived it was missing pieces because it was coming in two different packages which we weren't told. The first package came and amazon marked it as delivered so if you order and it's missing pieces just check with amazon if there's a second delivery coming before returning/requesting a refund.

The power rack and everything that comes with it works great and is great quality, I had an issue where one cables was slightly shorter than the other one and there customer service team quickly responded and sent me a replacement cable. I recommend this power rack to anyone creating there own home gym.
