Great quality
I purchased these clamps for the single purpose of helping secure my above-ground pool cover during the windy offseason and they work fantastically for that. Their strength and durability should handle any job required of a 6" clamp. Highly recommended.

Great Spring Clamps for Quilting
The only thing I dislike is the tips come off too easily, other than that they are great so far! They are used to hold sandwiched material together for quilting on a 6 ft. table so I don't have to get on my hands and knees on the floor! The table is a little wide at it's edges so the clamps need to open wide. Plastics breaks at the joints after a year so I went with metal this time! Hopefully these will last longer than a year!

Worth every dime
Work really great holding down a tarp on my roof.

Strong clamps and good quality
I would have given these a 5 star but the rubber tips keep falling off when I use them. Would have been better if they were dipped on instead of just slid on. But overall great clamping force.

Highly recommend
Perfect size for clamping down tarps.. strong enough to hold during 60mph winds.. the tips slide off.. I used a spot of e6000 glue to secure the tips on.. never had any problems after that..

Pretty nice little clamps - just add super glue
These clamps are strong. They feel like they will hold up. I’m happy with the purchase. As others have pointed out, they don’t open to 3” inside the jaws. I noticed while confirming this that the measurement outside the jaws while fully open is 3”. Obviously not the useful measurement for the tool, but also could just be a mistake(?) Second, the tips and grips do slide off. This is fixed cheaply, quickly and easily. Take the grip off. Put a drop of super glue in a spot similar to the picture. Slide the grip back on making sure to keep it from contacting the drop until it is about half on. Then let it drag the glue drop while you push it the rest of the way. Rub the area lightly to help it spread but not squish out. Repeat for the other 3 parts. I just did it. It took 10 minutes for the set of 12. Grips don’t budge now. I’ll update if they don’t hold up. Enjoy.

Great
These worked great for a tarp I had hanging out by the back porch it stops most wind blowing it away and they're very heavy duty and have weight. Thank you

Loose tips
The tips fall off often. Other than that they are great clamps. We use them to hold up temporary plastic walls for our Kyranthia Larp Mod walls. I have probably 200 of these. Only wish they came in black :)
