Was easy and got results back within a week I would highly recommend this brand

Received the kit in a timely manner . Kit very easy to use . Plenty of swabs for mishaps or other samples . Small fee for any extra results, samples. Results came back in less than 2 weeks . Would highly recommend , especially for the price . 10/10

A very good test and easy to use.

I ordered this and did the test exactly as instructed, got on the website and registered it. It says the only extra costs you should have to pay outside of the 60 something you pay on here is if you want extra add ons. After I registered it the website told me I owed zero. Mailed it out and tracked it they received it pretty quickly but after a few days we started getting emails saying the results were ready but we needed to call them to make the payment we still owed. Which confused me since it said we didn't owe anything so I tried to call the number during their business hours and at first I had a 15 minute wait time but the longer I was on hold the longer the wait time started getting, it was telling me my time was 20 minutes for over 30. So eventually I hung up because no one was answering I tried to login to the website to find some way to contact anyone but there was nothing there either. you could submit a ticket and get an response back supposedly but no one was responding to that either. So long story short they will ask for more money but not actually tell you why or how much and you wont be able to get ahold of anyone to answer any questions.

Test was easy to use (2 swabs per pack FYI) sent the test in on Friday afternoon and received results the following Tuesday. Would definitely recommend. Super easy and fast.

Es funcional, solo que me cambiaron el día en que me iban a dar los resultados tres veces, aunque tienen un servicio al cliente excelente, nada de máquinas, una persona resibe la llamada rápido y te ayuda magistralmente a resolver tu problema, el éxito en esta compañía está más que en su producto que es genérico en su capital humano, yo lo volvería a comprar solo por eso.

Fast shipping and easy to use. Just make sure you read the instructions and follow them properly. The results came back pretty after they received the samples. They also email you they receive them and give you the day your results should be ready. Everything is pretty clear to understand if you pay attention to the directions.

This is a scam be aware They will never give results even if you pay twice Amazon should block such products.
