Not much to say, they're buttons.
Expensive buttons, but necessary to complete the install.

Geberit Actuator Plate Looks Great
We bought another brand first, but it was not compatible with our Geberit system. This one not onlylooks stylish but was easy to install and fit perfectly.

I agree with other reviewers that it's pretty crazy this piece of plastic costs as much as it does... but hey I guess that's business. It looks great in our new bathroom, no problems with fingerprints or anything, easy to clean and does not look cheap. Very pleased with it so far.

Nothing fancy here. This is a base model, functionally no different from fancier versions. Works as advertised.
