So I was needing a camera to record footage including sports training sessions, bike rides, holiday adventures and water sports. I’d looked at the current market offering. The GoPro, whilst expensive did seem like the strongest option available. The accessories included a case, spare battery, clips and holding pod. There are so many accessory options it’ll make your head spin. But better to have them than not. Here’s one of the biggest advantages. It’s very durable (once in a protective case). So I have no worries giving this to my kids to go and have fun with. I have to say that the footage in high and low light & audio are impressive. From muddy playing fields to under water beech content, it gets a thumbs up. The app ‘Quik’ is a little counter intuitive and by GoPros own statement hasn’t been supported since 2024. So it’s slow and sometimes just easier to read from the micro card directly. All in all, if you have the budget then it’s definitely worth paying a little extra and going with a GoPro Hero 13.

The quality of this camera is very impressive considering its diminutive size. It feels strong, sturdy and ready for action as you would expect from a GoPro. The quality of the videos and the colour are spot on and the connectivity and functionality with the app you can use alongside are very impressive. The speed of uploading from your camera, to the cloud is all impressive. This pack comes with 2 batteries, a floatable handle, some suction mounts and a smart carry case. I am very happy

Anche in condizioni di scarsa luminosità la resa è molto migliorata rispetto ai modelli precedenti. Ich habe das GoPro Hero 13 Black Zubehörpaket bestellt, weil ich für meinen anstehenden Ägyptenurlaub eine zuverlässige und kompakte Lösung für Foto- und Videoaufnahmen gesucht habe – und wurde nicht enttäuscht! Das Paket enthält die Kamera, zwei Akkus und den „Handler“, einen schwimmenden Handgriff, der sich besonders bei Unterwasseraufnahmen als extrem hilfreich erwiesen hat. Beim Schnorcheln im Roten Meer lag die Kamera dank des Handgriffs sicher in der Hand und war jederzeit gut kontrollierbar – ein echter Pluspunkt. Die Videoqualität ist, wie man es von GoPro erwartet, hervorragend. Auch bei schnellen Bewegungen bleibt das Bild stabil und klar. Für meinen 14-tägigen Urlaub habe ich die mitgelieferte 64 GB Speicherkarte direkt durch eine 256 GB Karte ersetzt – das war definitiv die richtige Entscheidung, um ohne Sorgen viele Stunden Videomaterial aufzunehmen. Was die Akkus angeht: Die zwei mitgelieferten Akkus reichen für normale Tagesausflüge aus. Aus Bequemlichkeit habe ich mir aber zusätzlich noch ein Akkuset mit zwei weiteren Akkus und einer Dual-Ladestation bestellt. So muss ich mir keine Gedanken machen, ob ich mal einen Ladezyklus verpasse – besonders praktisch, wenn man unterwegs ist oder mehrere Tage keine Steckdose zur Hand hat. Fazit: Das Zubehörpaket bietet einen perfekten Einstieg in die Welt der GoPro – ideal für Reisen, Outdoor-Aktivitäten und Unterwasserabenteuer. Durch ein paar gezielte Ergänzungen wie die größere Speicherkarte, das Schutzgehäuse und zusätzliche Akkus wird daraus ein wirklich sorgenfreies Setup. Absolute Empfehlung!
