Non functioning
I run an animal welfare organisation called,” Aashray for Sick and Helpless Animals” we work for all the stray animals. We do birth control surgery on street dogs and do ear notching for identification for the same reason I purchased this Kostech Surgical Diathermy which never worked, it cost me a huge amount of 8500/-. I request you to exchange it for a better piece so that we continue to do the work of dogs surgery
