Excellent for food on the run, they will definitely sustain you.
I would like to have given these 5 stars, but frankly these aren't my favorite. The taste is fine, but the texture is very dense and it kind of sits on you. They're very filling. You could easily open a pack (each pack holds 2) and that's breakfast, so they're good for food on the run kind of thing.

Fairly healthy, easy snack to pack in my child’s lunch box. Inexpensive/comparable to other brands when I find them on sale. So far I’ve enjoyed every flavor we’ve tried.
