well constructed, i like it. Haven't quite yet figured out how to make it work for me though. If you don't push your arms straight back and forth, like a piston, it isn't effective. As your arms get tired it becomes hard to keep the good form.

This is great and really makes a difference in my work out. I Dont think it will help much if you are used to heavy weights. Its a great machine to work out with. And carry with you ...

I use this 4 lb model at the end of my daily 30 minute indoor workout. A very fast paced 3 minute, non-stop block with this thing really gets the blood pumping.before I do my morning 5K.I'm 70 years old, so not interested in "bulking up" with weights, just in maintaining muscle tone and flexibility.A combo of Nordic Track and the Speed Bag do it for me!

This is a great cardio workout, use this product everyday. I highly recommened this for anyone who would like to boost their workouts!

It is not nearly as smooth as my husband's 12 lb burn machine. It seems to be smoother going backwards, hopefully, it will loosen up with time.

Have all three Burn Machines.......12lb, 8lb, and this one, the 4 lb. Love them. Very well built. They offer a nice variety to a workout. Can make the exercises easier to harder by just adjusting the position of your arms.
