I bought this faucet for my licensed home child care in 2020 because it is touchless and it also has a mixer for hot and cold water, which to meet regulations, is great. This one lasted almost 5 years until it quit working today and I think I replaced the batteries maybe once (if that, I honestly can't remember), which is great especially when it is used a million times a day. I just ordered a replacement and hope it lasts as long as thos one did. I would recommend buying this faucet!

I was skeptical about the ease of installation. Only because MY skills are quite remedial. But… this product was truly and easy install! All pieces were received in the box as advertised. All pieces fit together just as they should and the straightforward instructions really were clear and easy to follow. Even if you are a complete beginner, fixer upper wanna be- THIS is do-able!!! Hooray!!👍👍 And… It really works as advertised. Total win ESPECIALLY considering how much less it is compared to competitors. It’s also a heavy metal fixture. No flimsy aluminum fixture here, it’s heavy and solid. You need zero pieces from your old fixture. It comes with everything.

Seems to work, at least in the first week. We had a 3 hole office bathroom sink where customers were not good about turning the water off. Even worse, it was hot water, running all weekend. This device has solved that problem. Hopefully it holds up. The provided cover plate fills the outside and center holes, but one large outside hole is left exposed in a 3 hole bathroom sink. The genius solution for the extra hole, offered by a big box helper bee, was to fill the empty hole with an inexpensive sink soap dispenser. Amazon has several styles for less than $10. Problem solved with a simple click for a sink soap dispenser.

I have to figure out the warranty on this if there is one because I just went to install it and it is after the 30 day return window. As some other reviewers have noted, it did not work. When we hooked it up, it was on pouring water out when we turned the water on. When we activated the sensor, we could hear it click and then the water flow would decrease by 50%. But, the water never actually turned off. We got new batteries and tried that. No change. Something in the unit is bad. Ugh.

We purchased a lot for our school bathrooms. One of the sensors didn't work after a year. Reached out to them and addressed the issue. They replaced the whole unit and shipped asap. Excellent customer service

Updated review: The replacement unit that they sent me has done the exact same thing. How often do you need replace the faucet? These damn things need replaced every six to nine months, if that long. Advice to any buyers considering these things... Go with an American-made product. It will be worth a few extra dollars instead of having to climb underneath the sink to replace these units. After using it for almost 9 months, the water flow reduced to very little. I checked all the valves and make sure everything was open properly. I disconnect the fittings to make sure there were not anything blocking but I couldn't find anything that would be causing it. I contacted customer service and they were quick to reply and send me out a new unit. One comment about the installation. If you decide to mount the battery unit on the wall, be careful because you may have pipes behind the sink underneath.
