I don't understand why it works but it's instant relief. I use it on my shoulder for a torn rotater cuff and a SLAP tear. I'm now debating if I should go through with surgery because it works so well. It will last multiple days but it is a bit painful to remove. Wizard magic.

I've used KT Tape following a dislocated shoulder and continue to use it for joint pain, etc. It isn't a cure all, but it eliminates the pain to the point to where I don't need ibuprofen as often. It usually works within minutes and you can cut the straps to fit smaller areas, it is reasonably waterproof. It does get painful to remove after getting wet and needs to be removed carefully regardless
