Well researched. Coherent logic. Not just a rehash of some other theory or fad. Worth trying to test out. Credentials of author very reassuring. Being a surgeon myself, I feel the theory makes sense & is worth trying.

Extremely imp for anyone suffering with any disease.. Has worked wonders for me..

Thanks Doctor for writing and sharing your work! I feel a sense of gratitude after applying your principals. I've been struggling with aching knee for more than an year now. Tried other methods which haven't worked for me. But the book points out the cause of such issues and the remedy as well. I found some of ideas mentioned in the book to be very meaningful. I've started with the diet program and looking forward to hitting badminton court again :)

What I felt after reading this book is something similar to EMINEM DIZZ to the mumble rappers of this era.

there are contradictions - If plants are being helped by animals to distribute therir hard seeds( like apple, apricots, custard apple, oranges etc.) , why would these fruits contain lectins to punish animals), rather they would encourage animals like humans to eat the fruit and provide good nutrition, so this fruit should not be causing harm to human beings, WHY DOES DR. GUNDRY ADVISE TO LIMIT FRUIT INTAKE OF FRUITS WITH HARD SEEDS? - White rice which is used world wide universally , is on his NO list, whereas in the book he says that INDIAN BASMATI RICE is ON THE YES LIST. HOW DOES DR. GUNDRY PROPOSE TO SET AT REST THESE KIND OF LINGERING DOUBTS ABOUT HIS THEORIES

Très bon livre sur un sujet important. Ce livre apporte des informations très à jour et pertinentes sur l'alimentation et santé. Une des meilleures œuvres de ce genre. Comment faire une alimentation saine et équilibrée tout en mangeant des délicieux nourritures qui nous plaisent. Et les dangers des lectins et quels aliments éviter. Conseillé fortement pour ceux qui veulent rester en bonne santé.

A well thought thro book. Bit wordy and self praising but once this wordy noise is removed the content is good. This is especially about the format and removal of many misconceptions that we carry about our dietary habits.
