Fly strips work great!
I hang these all around in my horse barn in the summer. They work great. I buy them over and over again.

The absolute best thing to catch those nasty little fruit flies
If you like bananas as much as I do, well then you probably have a fruit fly problem. I have googled every natural method of getting rid of them and none of them really worked. Well let me tell you this strip works wonders in killing the fruit fly population. I put a bowl of fruit to attract them and then the strip above the bowl. Now it is kind of gross and not the most attractive thing to have in your kitchen, but so is having fruit flies fly down your throat as you're trying to eat. I've also found that they like sweet coffee, considering I have a swallowed a few of them, so you can use coffee as bait to lure them in as well. You coffee lovers that have fruit fly problems probably already know that though. I find myself getting excited to see how many more that I've caught. Obviously, I need to get out more. I was going to post a picture of my fly strip with all my dead fruit flies, but I didn't want to offend any Peta members.

They have gotten much shorter
They work, but something is different as they are much shorter. There is no smell, they are very durable, yes they catch flies and other flying things, very easy to set up but again much shorter than they use to be so in some places not as good.

Seems to be working
Seems to be working better than the junk I got last time from a different company a couple years ago (during covid peak). Unlike that other junk, this one was still pretty sticky and did not tear when I extracted it from its tube. And although the results aren't yet in for smaller flies, it got several moths right off the bat (it gets crazy with them around here from time to time, especially Spring/Summer/Fall), so after not even one day at least it works. Part of the trick is hanging it up right in front of the windows where the bugs seem to hang out. Hopefully some of the smaller ones find their way to them soon. (One is in the basement where bugs used to thrive before I figured out how most of them were getting in (got one moth even still), and one is inside the garage in front of the window (got at least four of them there, though there were still several others that hadn't quite made their way to the ribbon yet, and ditto for the smaller bugs that hang out there, but I'm sure they'll join the moths soon enough).

Almost too sticky!
These are my go to fly tapes. I’ve tried others and they just don’t work as well, plus these are cheap. Tons of bugs stick before they need to be changed too. Most of the time I take them down just because they look gross or become I’m trying to see how controlled an issue is.I raise compost worms for sale and got a bad infestation of fungus gnats due to bringing in some outdoor plants before treating. Unfortunately the infestation got really bad before I noticed…they can lay 300 eggs each. Between these to kill the adults and Gnatrol for the larva the once is under control and almost cleared out. I’ll be keeping a few of these up to monitor for any new problems so I can catch them sooner.Just watch you hair, skin, clothes and walls as the sticky stuff is hard to remove. Oil seems to be the best way to remove it. Also, there are no pesticides as some have said, it’s just really sticky tape that stays sticky for years.

Winner Winner, no flies on dinner!
I don't know what I would do without Raid Fly Ribbon in my life. Honestly, it's a game-changer. Because of a dead rat, my house was overrun with flies before I discovered this miraculous product. I mean, who doesn't love having a dozen flies buzzing around their face while they're trying to eat dinner or watch TV? It's such a delightful and soothing experience. But thanks to Raid Fly Ribbon, my home is now a fly-free zone. I just hang one of these bad boys up in a corner, and suddenly my home is transformed into a peaceful paradise. The flies just can't resist the allure of the ribbon, and they willingly fly right into it, never to be seen again. It's like magic.I would highly recommend Raid Fly Ribbon to anyone who is tired of being constantly harassed by flies. It's a small price to pay for such a significant improvement in quality of life. Thank you, Raid Fly Ribbon, for saving me from a lifetime of fly-induced misery.

Got Flies - Get this
This is one of the better flypaper products I've found, I guess it is the best, since I keep coming back to it after trying others. It unrolls easily, the end is firmly glued into the base, so when you are unrolling it, you don't find yourself near the end and the paper pops out of the tube.I usually replace these about twice a month, depending on the time of year. Sometimes, I do replace them more often if they get filled up quickly.I don't like having the ribbons hanging from the ceiling, but I hate having the flies. I keep trying to figure out where they are getting in, but as soon as I think I've gotten them all, another batch comes in. However, I think that I might have gotten them under control and am hoping the crack I found and taped over will help wipe them all out.OH, and they also work if you have moths in your house. I'm very glad to have found that out.I hope they help you get rid of your problems12Jun22
