iCarez Matte Screen Protector for iPhone 11 iPhone XR 6.1-Inches, 3-Pack Anti-Glare

I usually only use glass screen protectors, but lately I’ve been having trouble installing them without getting any pet hair underneath, and they’ve been cracking or chipping almost immediately. I was really looking for something like a rubber or “orange peel” feeling screen protector, but I could r find one, so I decided to try this. First off, it was SUPER easy to install. I did in fact get some debris under the screen when I first put it on, but it’s so flexible that I was actually able to squeeze it out with a credit card and now it is perfect. It’s so refreshing to have a screen with no little dust bumps. The anti glare is nice and effective. It’s light weight feeling. I’ll update if it doesn’t end up holding up well, but so have I am very pleasantly surprised.

I love the feel of this screen protector. Not too much drag or grip. Very little glare with the matte finish. Pretty easy to install, but definitely took a little practice. I would recommend buying a couple packs if you have multiple phones that you are installing this protector on. Just in case you mess up the first one, you’ll always have extras. Not a big fan of glass protectors since there can be some glare and if you drop your phone, easily crackable. Overall a very affordable and high quality screen protector.

I started using iCarez a few years back when I got my iPhone 6s. I was pleased with the ease of installation and the performance of the protector so I bought from them again for both my iPad and my new phone. Each time I’ve used these protectors I’ve had a good experience. The kits come with extra protectors but so far I’ve yet to replace any of them. I’m glad to have the backups still because it’ll save me having to buy new ones any time soon. I highly recommend these if you’re looking for a matte protector that isn’t too difficult to look at and feels nice. Cheers !

Product was nicely packaged from seller but Amazon package was an envelope & I would thought a more sturdy one should have been used. Product easy to install, not sure why some reviewers said that it’s hard because the video link made it fairly simple but their may have been other conditions I didn’t have on install. And so far works great. Only down side is getting use to view when phone off it looks cloudy but once phone on you don’t see or sense that at all. I would recommend this product for ease, quality & low cost.

Installed for my son's iphone XR. He was hovering over me freaking out and fighting me about putting it on - complaining about the bubbling, laying it on evenly and cleaning off all the dust. I read the instructions, and the kit came with tools that will help with readjusting the layout and bubbling. This is one of the best sets I've come across. Installation was easy! It laid out perfectly (1st time!), 1 bubble that we used the tool to get rid of - and the results, my son was soooooo happy. He said the matte was his favorite, and he loves it. I told him, "mommy knows best!" So far - no grimy fingerprints, anti-glare works, and doesn't interfere with the touch screen, just as sensitive. The kit came with impressive tools, and QUALITY - was very well thought out. Very happy here - thank you!

I prefer matte films over the pure clear ones for all my phones. Yes, the clear ones may offer a tad more screen brightness and color, but what you get with the matte is less fingerprints, a better feel/touch on the screen, and a little less glare. Plus, once you install these, you hardly notice any less brightness or color loss anyway. The thing I was most impressed with was the install process. The directions are simple enough but there are videos on yootoob that illustrate how to do it. I've done 4 so far and all 4 came out perfectly centered and aligned. Brilliant. Lastly, I see some people complain that the film is too undersized for their particular phone. Mine fits perfectly and I think they may have either bought the wrong size, or just don't realize that it isn't possible for these protective films to go right to the edges of the phone, otherwise they would peel back too easily. And, when you put a case on, you'll need that empty area anyway. So of course, there will be a thin unprotected area around the perimeter, perhaps 1.5mm or so.

I knew from past screen protectors that I definitely wanted a matte film, I don't like any glare and they typically "hold" less fingerprints than the glossy ones. Unfortunately, on my first attempt at installation, I ruined the first protector as it did not properly peel off the backing. The second attempt was much easier and installed easily, no air pockets, dust, etc. After only a couple of days, I noticed this protector scratches VERY easily. In having my past phone / screen protector for over 3 years, I only replaced one protector just out of sheer desire to have a "cleaner" screen. I may have gotten 1 scratch in that entire time from a drop. However, after only a couple of days with this, it has gotten scratched twice rather significantly from only very small instances, one of which I think only from my empty pocket while the other fell onto my floor mat of my car which is a bummer.

I can’t actually speak to the durability because I received this today but damn I am impressed. It is a bit of a process to install, there are a few steps, but they clearly put a lot of thought into designing the screen protector and the method of installation. It looks f-ing amazing and I never thought I’d say that about an iPhone screen protector. I wasn’t even sure I wanted a matte screen protector, I really just got this one bc it was recommended by wired or something. It’s fantastic though! I appreciate that they give you 3 in one just in case you somehow screw up the process but they made the installation fool-proof. It worked great and despite being a multi step process was very easy. I rarely feel pleasantly surprised by a tech related purchase but this is a good one.
