I love this conditioner. It works great, it smells great, it’s a thick formula, but not heavy, and nourishing for my hair. I have very fine, easily weighed down, grease-prone hair and this conditioner does not weigh it down or promote greasiness like other conditioners. I can get just a bit on my roots and not have to either wash my hair again or be a greaseball mere hours after my shower. That being said, the packaging of this product is absolutely terrible. From shipping to function, it’s awful. I’ve been ordering this for months now, this is maybe my fourth or fifth bottle, and I’m seriously considering finding another brand simply bc I’m tired of dealing with their packaging. It’s almost always shipped in a bag if it’s by itself, so it’s often broken and half the product has squeezed out and my money wasted. There’s no way to get my money back unless I return a half empty bottle in a package full of conditioner and wait for the refund, then buy another. Additionally, the bottle itself is also poorly thought through. It’s one of those press down tops, and the conditioner will leak through the top all around the circumference no matter if you’re squeezing it out or just leaving it flipped upside down to get all the conditioner from the bottom out, which leaves an awful mess in the shower and also wastes more conditioner and money. I think it would be a better value for the price if they put a bit more thought and care into bottle function and shipping. I’d happily pay a bit more for better functionality.

Usually conditioner is too heavy and ways down my hair not this one, my hair is so much thicker so full of life!! Smells good too

I guarantee, the best thing ever made for oily, flaky, itchy scalp & weak hair *screams* I have horribly oily + flaky itchy scalp & super fine hair, so I love how it doesn’t make you hair greasy quickly like, say, Pantene, or every other conditioner on the market, and doesn’t make my scalp flaky if I accidentally get it on my scalp - in fact, it even moisturizes and cleanses my scalp. It just makes my fine, weak hair noticeably healthier & stronger, AND MY HAIR HAS A NICE BODY NOW, which never happened since I walked the Earth. Less fallout, visible volume, my hair now BOUNCES *screams* I recommend the whole line, especially the scrub, which I order 20 at a time on eBay. It can substitute the shampoo since it cleanses extremely well. This line is expensive, but what else can I do, I’ll never find anything this magical for my hopelessly weak hair and problematic scalp.

Very thick - too thick to pour, so I squeeze it out of the bottle. Probably a pump would be better. But, the works well.

It arrives in perfect condition, it leaves your hair without any kind of residue, I've only been using it for two weeks and I've seen change in my hair!

Great product but the container is not well built my I’ve ordered twice and once the conditioner was spilt on arrival and the second time the cap leaks out conditioner consistently
