12V Universal Electric Fuel Pump Metal Solid Petrol & Diesel (4-7 PSI)

This is doc owner of Docs Rod Shop i ordered the mega flint fuel pump and was very impressed. I mounted pump above a portable fuel tank we use to push gas thru fuel systems to flush them out. In 2 seconds I had plenty of gas at 2psi. it has no problems sucking up fuel & priming itself. It will also pump gas 30 ft thru a plugged or dirty fuel system. I then contacted seller and ordered 2 more elec. pumps. The seller responded and shipped out very quickly. I am very impressed. I am considering ordering more pumps to stock our shelves. I will be testing these 2 soon. Good pump. Pumps what it should. Seller stands by their product. Quick shipping. Looking forward to testing more pumps.

This pump works great - I bought it to drain a boat fuel tank. Just bought boat and it has been sitting for 4 years. I hooked the pump just past the primer bulb on the boat so that the old fuel would pass through the fuel filter/water separator (which I replaced). Hooked the pump to a small 12V 7ah sealed lead acid battery on a 6 foot power lead and located it as far away as possible from the pump. Pumped the fuel into a 5 gallon bucket for disposal. It's not super fast - it kind of pulses - I guess it would pump 2.5 gallons in 10 minutes or so. But it works. You do need to buy some extra fuel line to connect it up depending on your application, but it does come with all the fittings, hose clamps, and an input filter. I mounted the pump on a 2X2 about 2 feet long - it comes with a mounting clamp.

Good kit easy to install and use quiet operation little low on pressure but works well

I bought this pump to siphon out an SUV gas tank so that it could be dropped and the fuel pump replaced. I wired it up and added some tubing, It pumped out tank without a problem. This pump is a little more expensive than some of the other pumps on Amazon but it came with the necessary fuel filter, nipples, tubing, and clamps. I was very happy with my purchase. It will come in handy to empty the gas tanks on lawn mowers, snow blowers, etc.

Lasted for about 3000 hours and then it died on my thermoking apu, not too bad for the price at the time compared to oem

The MegaFlint 12V Upgrate Universal 2.5-4 PSI Electric Fuel Pump EP12S HEP-02A was easy to install and made a neat installation after I purchased some 90 degree 1/4" hose fittings. It quickly primed itself and filled the carburetor on my Jeep CJ5. However, it did not stop running when the float bowl filled, as I thought it would. I checked to make sure that the carburetor was not overflowing. Then I started the engine and the pump stopped. Then the pump started putting out smoke, which was alarming. I quickly shut everything off. The pump was so hot I could barely touch it. I removed it and dried it of fuel and tried running it empty. It would pump one stroke and stop. I was not impressed. I cannot recommend this pump.

This was just a few bucks more than some of the other pumps with bad reviews so I bought this to pump out 40 gallons of gas out of my boat onboard fuel tank. IT worked like a charm, stayed cool, and worked quickly. Next, I used it to pump gas out of a portable marine fuel tank, transmission fluid out of my lawnmower transmission. It has worked flawlessly and will be used for everything when I need to pump fluid out of something. Probably use it to empty power steering reservoir to change power steering fluid, empty brake reservoir to flush brakes, etc..

This pump does not produce enough volume to keep a V8 Chevrolet motor running! I was pretty disappointed.

Doesn’t put out the psi it stated. I will not be ordering it again.
