I had a gastric sleeve done and I prefer these pills to taking gummies or chews for their price and general pill flavor (I don't really taste them with enough water).

Good Source of Calcium at a reasonable price. May buy again.

I bought these because of the problems I was having taking carbonate brand of calcium. These are fine. They are the same size all calcium pills are and very easy to swallow because of the coating. Just have to take twice the amount that I did with carbonate which is fine with me. No consipation issues is what I wanted to achieve.
