This really helps with my neck pain and stiffness. Last year I saw a chriopractor for all the pain, stiffness, migraines and numbers I was experiencing. X-rays found my neck is bent about 45 degrees in the opposite direction it's supposed to be and a small hip fracture that never healed properly. I also work on computers a lot so needless to say I got problems and with no health insurance and busy lifestyle I need to be able to keep up. This device does help, I get pinching pains in my neck and shoulders and this has helped in the short time that I use it. I use it 2-3x a day for 5-10mins. It's uncomfortable while in use but feels much better later on your neck. It's a great drug-free way to try to keep your neck right and supplement other therapy. Basically I bought this because the pain was getting almost unbearable and now it's there but I can function better. I plan to use long-term.

I was recently in a car accident and my chiropractor recommended I try using one of these to help with the pain in my neck from several herniated discs. I was skeptical that it would really do anything but was pleasantly surprised when after a few uses it seemed to help with the stiffness and pain. Will continue to use and see how it helps my neck long term. This one is much cheaper than some of the other ones and so far seems to be decent quality. There aren’t really any instructions on how to use it but thankfully my chiropractor showed and told me what to do.

This product was recommended by my chiropractor. One snap was already broken when it arrived. Another broke after the first use. They have a return policy that is good for 30 days only and because I wasn't able to get to this on my to do list within 30 days they offered no assistance. They were not even willing to give me a replacement for the strap, which is what was broken.

I waited for a month to leave a review on this posture corrector. I had been wanting a posture pump but couldn’t really afford it, so I decided to try this one & just see if I’d have any results. Well….it works perfectly & just as well as the posture pump that costs over $300. I see a corrective chiropractor weekly & had X-rays done the week after starting this posture pump, I will have new X-rays done in September to see how things are looking in my neck. I currently am at a 74% loss of my neck curve. I know that I can feel a difference already for sure! So I’m excited to see the progress later this year. If you’re on the fence about trying this, just go for it! I’m glad I did.

Very cheaply made. I would recommend the original posture pump. I have owned a posture pump for 10 years. The frame broke, so I purchased this one. I ended up transferring the strap and airbag from the original posture pump to the this frame.

This works great!! I have degenerative disc disease, C5/C6 and C6/C7 w severe disc narrowing and radiculopathy and am going to get disc replacement soon. Had axial linear traction before w some symptom relief, but wanted to try this to prevent issues w lordosis. Followed instructions out of the box and am still working my way up to the 15 min mark, but definitely feel a difference and this has allowed me to sleep much more comfortably (Thank you!!) and get through most of my day with reduced pain / symptoms. If you have these types of symptoms then you know how difficult it can be to sleep! I find this also helps to loosen my neck muscles which helps with symptoms as well. Highly recommend if you have an issue that you’ve been told by a Dr that traction could help or alleviate.
