It was working fine for the 1st few days but then it stoped and said phone doesn’t support device so I went back to original phone case

This is good! Unlike Qi cases I have bought in the past, that wire with a lightning plug attache - the one which was so delicate and broke so easily - has gone! In its place is a sturdy metal protrusion behind which the bottom part of the phone needs to go, to connect to fine pins set into the base of the case, which makes the contact which that lightning plug used to make. A little tricky to get in but once in it is secure and will not need to be taken out again- even if you need to charge it non-wirelessly for some reason because incorporated in that solid protrusion - is a lightening socket! So wireless or non-wireless charging are achieved without having to change anything! Very clever and an ingenious design. The case itself is rugged and nice looking, making it a really excellent buy especially at such a reasonable price.

Update: The seller replaced the broken item, and all is good so far - still slow on cable charging, but I guess that is not an issue if you have wireless charging points in the house (I don't, I have one in may car). Seller was great - thanks for the prompt service on the first one. I have left below, my first review On the 6th day my phone fell from my sofa seat to the floor - now the Lightning Cable feels loose when inserted and it won’t charge (it is the case that is broken as my phone will charge without it). Charging time using wireless is ok but is definitely slow when using the cable - so I would only recommend if you intend to use wireless charging only (and therefore wish to buy various wireless chargers) and more importantly if you know that you are not someone who regularly drops their phone - luckily I am not a serial dropper!

After receiving my case I was happy with the fit and quality but the wireless charging or lightning cable port did not work I understand that this happens and would of been happy to exchange but after contacting the seller they have still not replied after 5 days of me messaging them to resolve this issue it’s a shame because it really is a nice case but poor customer service

Works well, even on an upright Qi charger the location of the charging point on the case aligns in the right location for charging - which I’ve struggled with when using other Qi phone cases. Sturdy case. Has a headphone jack hole in the bottom though my iPhone 7 Plus doesn’t have a headphone jack, would be nice to have the option of an iPhone 7 specific case but not really a problem. Does add a bit of weight to my (already heavy) phone. The case is very masculine, the back has lots of horizontal lines on the back which are starting to get scratched. Still, at least my phone isn’t! All said, it protects my phone and makes charging easier. I also love that you can still plug it in to charge it if you need to revert to the old fashioned way of charging, without having to remove the case.

Bought this item used it in my E class put it where the ashtray was an it was a little to long, the end where the power cable went was resting on the cup holders and loosened the connection so it would not work if you pushed the connection up it would work this is my fault but could not put this anywhere else for easy access if the power cord was plugged into the side but more to the top end of the unit then this would have been perfect for me, I would recommend this but make sure you don’t damage the end of the power Cory that goes into the unit put it somewhere that it’s not obstructed.

Looked into this as my Audi has a wireless charge mat. Their price was quite hefty hence I looked elsewhere. This fits my iPhone 6s perfectly and works both in the car and on the wireless charger I have on the kitchen counter. Nice and sturdy easy to fit. Charges quite quickly as well.

Bought this to replace my previous Hanende charger (had 2). The problem with the Hanende was that the "flexible" plug meant ONLY induction charging unless you pulled out the plug and after a few times the first one failed. It's replacement was left in which lasted longer but I noticed brown flakes falling out after a time which I assume was whatever material they used for the charging, because it eventually failed. This model offered the ability to use both induction charging and cable charging. The case was also more robust. BUT over the last week or so, it became increasingly temperamental, falling in and out of charging, whether induction or cable and this morning stopped completely. I've tried cleaning the inner plug but that's made no difference, so for the moment at least I'm back to charging the phone directly. As the headline says, it failed after 3 months. (Dec 18 was when I bought it). Not very resilient. Won't be getting another one. May try going up market.

Bei diesem Produkt kann man normal über das Kabel das IPhone aufladen, aber es ist auch Qi-Fähig. Also kann man es auch mit einem Ladepad laden. Durch das Gummi drum rum ist es wie ein Gummibumper.Man kann es notfalls auch mal fallen lassen(aber wer will das schon ;)) Auch passt es bei mir auf der Handyhalterung im Auto. Was will man also mehr? ;)
