Heavy duty anchors
Very solid anchors, they work very well. Used them to anchor a grab bar and they support weight perfectly and are very solid.

Safe hanging
Best product I.have ever used to.hang stuff on hollow wall. I saw my safety bar installer use them and wow does it open up possibilities for hanging stuff in places.I wouldn't trust.

Works great! Needed small modification.
First - each package comes with two pairs of wingits so one package is enough to hang one grab bar. One modification I had to make was to slightly shorten the bolts. The depth of the wall was shorter than the length of the bolts and I had to shorten them 5/8in...no problem but check your depth before inserting the fasteners in the hole. I put a little liquid soap on the inside of the holes so the wingits slid right in. Finally, I didn't see this in the reviews but I also made a 3/4in hole template from a scrap piece of wood and taped it over the to-be-drilled location. The template kept my hole saw bit from drifting.

Works great but be careful before you commit to drilling...
I have two comments for this item. 1) The listing for these is ambiguous as to quantity. The heading reads "WingIts RC-RESGBW35-2 Refined Engineered Safety Grab Bar Fasteners Set of 2". If you scroll down a little further, under Technical Details, Item package quantity reads "1". Some may take this to mean 1 piece, others may read it as 1 set of 2 pieces. There are indeed 2 Wingits in the package which is what you would need to install one grab bar. 2) This is important! There are two templates included which have adhesive on both sides. The instructions say to attach the template to the wall in the desired position, then drill the two required holes. Note that these template holes DO NOT match up with the holes to be used in the Wingits flange on the ends of their grab bar. The Wingits flange has 5 holes: three of them are round and in an equilateral triangle formation around the flange. The other two holes are slightly elongated, 180 degrees opposite one another and are in line with the center of the flange. These elongated holes are the ones to use, but the template holes DO NOT match up with these. DON'T rely on the template: the template holes match up with any two of the three holes in the triangle formation, but if you use these, the plastic barrel that the screws pass through will protrude outside the perimeter of the flange (as will the hole that you drill) and the flange cover will not hide this. For a clean install, use the two elongated holes on the grab bar's flange as a guide for drilling, not the template! Also, be sure that the plastic barrel that the screws pass through will not protrude beyond the flange's perimeter. They are slightly offset from the center of the screw (see the picture above) so it requires some planning. Hope this helps!

Outstanding product/buy the drill bit (works great)
I like to think of myself as a pretty good handy man. I've been fixing things around the house for years. I bought the winglts and drill bit to install, hand-rails in a shower. I saw the video that showed how easy the install would be. I thought, if I don't crack a tile in this old shower, I'll be sold. I was sold! The drill bit made quick work of the job. I thought it would take me at least an hour to install the rails. It literally took me only a few minutes. And the outcome was a strong and secure hand rails. I will definite use this product again. High marks all the way around

Not easy to drill 3/4" holes in ceramic tile
Super strong anchors are a challenge to install. Stick on templates make it easy to lay out, but drilling accurate 3/4" holes through ceramic wall tile is not for the novice. Luckily, I have a shed full of tools and decades of handyman experience to rely on. The mounting area must also be clear of studs to allow the anchors to expand behind the wall. Locating studs behind ceramic tile and hardee panel is beyond the capabilities of a standard stud sensor. The 3/4 bit WingIts offers is not really up to the task. A high quality carbide tip tile bit is required. But if you have the tools and know how, this is a super strong anchor system.

Works exactly as described!
This was strong, tough and easy to install. Unless you are drilling through tile, don’t get their bit, just use your own. I put up a safety bar in the bathroom for my Dad. It took about 20 min, most of which was just measuring. When I got to the actual installation, it went quickly and easily. I will be buying these again.

worked as advertised
Take care when you drill the hole through the adhesive. I marked and drilled the hole without the adhesive pad so it wouldn't get destroyed with the drill bit. I used these with Moen grab bars and couldn't install the wing its directly across from each other, but it worked just fine using the third hole (like at 12 and 4 o’clock) g. I also used a small masonary bit to drill a pilot hole for the larger 3/4" drill bit so it won’t walk. Use only a screwdriver to tighten these. Do not use an impact driver or drill. If it gets tight using a screwdriver the screw is hitting something on the back side. I.E. an electrical box or something and you’ll create another project for yourself (I’m just sayin….!). 😳. There cannot be anything behind these toggle bolts as they are quite long.

Should be only used in drywall. I think these are a sturdy and solid anchor for drywall installation with grab bars.

Great anchors, once you get past the concept of drilling 4 x 3/4" holes in your tub surround or tile. Recommend watching the WingIt video on Youtube, especially re: tapping the anchors through the drilled hole.
