Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury Wired Gaming Mouse, 4,000 DPI, Lightweight, 8 Programmable Buttons, DPI Switch Button, Compatible with PC/Mac - Black

This mouse is very nice! I got it at the suggestion of a friend and it has served me very well through 3d modeling, video editing, digital art, & gaming. I have hypermobility issues and small hands so a mouse with extra buttons is a must, as well as a nice gentle ergonomic shape that I can comfortably hold onto. It's also very light and moves smoothly. I love the little ridge on the left side for my thumb to rest on. I saw that the top review here is one complaining about a lot of things, but I wanted to leave a review to point out that the person is wrong! I wish I could message them to let them know, that you absolutely CAN customize the buttons and all sorts of stuff, you just have to go to Logitech's site and download the (free!) software for doing so.... it doesn't come built-in. The software is called "Logitech G-Hub" and has many useful features, which I've screenshotted here. You can customize the light, mouse sensitivity levels, and all of the buttons. It also has the ability to make different profiles for different games or other software, and it can auto-detect them upon opening and swap to the correct profile automatically. You can set different keybinds for every game or program you use. It also recognizes a lot of popular games on its own, such as League of Legends, and enables you to set game-specific commands inside of the G-Hub without having to check keybinds back and forth within the game. You can individually set macros onto each button too, like mapping "Ctrl + Z" or another string of keypresses to a single button and etc. It has multiple settings for macros too, such as making them repeat, toggle, or sequence in a specific way. It really is such a nifty mouse with an amazing level of customization to boot, I'd hate to see anyone missing out on this great mouse just because of one misinformed review!

Best mouse and mouse brand I've ever seen. I okay MMOs, I okay hero shooters and fps games. I play quite a lot, this mouse excels in all of them. I'm 6ft 7 too so my hands are decent sized so even tho isn't one of the biggest mouses on the market they absolutely nailed the mouse shape to where it didnt matter for me and it flows perfectly. not to mention the snake but the buttons are also amazing, the side buttons are crisp and responsive which is rare, if you are hunting for MMO mouse this is your mouse too tbh if you have big hands, you can re program the 2 dpi buttons and have 5 total in clean and distinct easy to reach places and the software makes that easy. overall a 10/10 mouse brand and product. beautiful shape and good quality materials , it's a hard plastic not flimsy at all and I've had it for years. I tried so many other mice, razer breaks so easily lol, do not buy a razer mouse. I'm Logitech only until I die or until they mess up

I normally don't review products, but I ordered this mouse a year ago, after a suggestion from a friend. It was my first mouse that I used for gaming and I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good first mouse to start with( i would recommend trying some out before buying a really expensive one if it's your first mouse, since the shape and weight is different for most mice. Anyway this mouse is at a good price, responds well movement wise, not too expensive, the side buttons are decent but I don't use all of them. its a little big so I don't recommend it for people with small hands. I've never had the double click issue like some people are claiming and i've been using it for a year now. I think that is just luck on not getting a faulty one.

Even though my mouse was not broken I went ahead and bought a second one of these mice for the future. I have come to like it. It doesn't have a massive amount of buttons like some gaming mice. It has just the number of buttons I want and it works well. I've never had problems with logitech mice. They may not be the big name high dollar mice but I do a lot of work on computers so the wear and tear means I expect to replace mice every so often. I'd rather find something comfortable, affordable, and that meets my needs than spend a lot on something that exceeds my needs and will be costly to replace. This mice fits into my requirements quite well.

I love this mouse. The sensitivity button is incredible and it’s extremely comfortable. This mouse is great for gaming and I recommend it.

It was a good mouse as it lasted. After about six months, it started having issues with scrolling. From what I read you have to disassemble the whole mouse to clean it. Anyway, I replaced mine with another mouse.

Después de una semana de pruebas, recomiendo este ratón sin ninguna duda para gaming y uso habitual. El ratón es muy ergonómico y cómodo, y lo que es más importante, totalmente configurable. Tiene un botón en el lateral para mostrar los DPI (velocidad del puntero) que tiene en ese momento, y dos botones para regularlos. Así pues, dependiendo de la tarea que estés haciendo en ese momento puedes subir o bajar los DPI con esos botones. En total por defecto le ponen 4 velocidades preconfiguradas que se cambian apretando el botón, pero desde el panel de configuración puedes cambiar cada velocidad, configurarlo a tu gusto y ponerlo de manera predeterminada como mejor te parezca. Esto va bien por si quieres tener una velocidad para navegar, otra para usar un programa de diseño, otra para jugar, etc. Es un ratón ideal para gaming, permite guardar perfiles automáticos para cada juego, e incluso ya hay perfiles hechos para una gran cantidad de juegos. Los botones relativos a cambio de DPI no se pueden tocar accidentalmente, ya que están más separados que el resto de botones. Aparte de estos botones, tiene los 5 botones habituales, muy bien situados, de forma que puedes estar usando este ratón horas, horas y más horas, tu mano no se va a resentir. Además, se le pueden grabar macros a los botones para estos juegos, por ejemplo puedes asignar un botón para francotirador, que al tocarlo la velocidad del puntero automáticamente reduzca los DPI para apuntar mejor. Sobre los perfiles que se pueden guardar, puede hacerse en el mismo ratón (lleva una memoria integrada), de manera que puedes llevartelo donde te plazca y conservará estos perfiles. Finalmente, decir que desde el panel de control se puede regular la velocidad de la luz que emite el ratón, así como el efecto de encenderse y apagarse esta luz ("efecto respiración" le llaman). El efecto queda muy bien, sobretodo si tienes la costumbre de trabajar/jugar a oscuras. En resumen, por su alta precisión, recomiendo este ratón tanto para gaming avanzado como para trabajar en diseño gráfico.

This thing. This is my second G402 I own. I have owned G502 X, Razer Basilisk V3, MX Master 3s - nothing stands anywhere close in comfort, reliability and quality of build to this beast. It will survive a heavy handed FPS maniac, MMO player, obsessive strategy clicker, all in one person. Quite weighty, but when you simply ramp up your DPI, it'll feel like any other mouse in your hand. Logitech G software is a personal experience, I didn't have any issues with it and have been using it since inception. The build is of very high quality - it feels (and is) sturdy, makes no unnecesary noise, and the rubber that is in contact with your thumb goes all the way to the wrist, allowing much better grip tha any aforementioned mice. The buttons are perfectly placed - nothing gets in the way, even with my meaty hands. And most importantly - that tiny piece of plastic on the right for your ring finger to rest on - you don't need to worry about the misclicks. Expect it to live for 6-7 years with ease. And when the button switch finally fails, go ahead and solder on a new one. You'll get anouther 6-7 out of it.
