This is a nicer waterproof case than the last one I bought from a different vendor a few months ago. The previous one was terrible on the buttons alignment and it kept restarting my phone at the minimum movement. It eventually proved to be flimsy because the screen protector came loose from the edges doing away with its waterproof quality.This case shows to be of much better quality. It has a tougher feel to it. It feels quite snug on the phone and at times the power button doesn't execute until you press hard, but this is nothing unique to this waterproof case. All waterproof cases have some issue matching the buttons accurately, but the most important thing that I bought it for is what counts: It protects my phone from water, sand and any other weather elements.Before inserting my phone, I tested the case in the sink, sealed, under water for about an hour with a tissue touching the edges inside. By mistake I forgot about it and I left it submerged all afternoon. When I pulled out the tissue paper, not a drop of water had seeped thru in those six hours it spent under water. That is what counts for me, because the purpose of this case is to protect from the elements that could destroy my device.So, if I can't use the pen while the phone is in this case, it isn't important. The Note 3 does not depend on the use of the pen, it's just a nice feature I can do without while jogging on the beach, by the water listening to music and with my Polar Beat app tracking my work out. I don't need a pen to take pictures either, while in the ocean. So, that's no problem. Also, it's unrealistic to expect clarity of sound in phone calls when your phone is inside a waterproof case. To those naysayers, please, now you're whining. Use the Bluetooth feature for goodness sake!When I had an iPhone I loved using the LifeProof cases. They were expensive but perfect ($80). I was disappointed to learn they didn't make anything for my Samsung Note3. It was hard to find as good a vendor. Though this is not as perfect as the LifeProof cases, this is as close as I've gotten to it, and at a great price.By the way, the wait was not so bad. It took about 2 weeks. It's worth it. Also, nice follow up from the vendor. They checked in a couple of times to see if I had received it. Nice of them.I've been using it for the past 2 weeks now and so far, no issues. If anything changes, I hope Amazon will let me post an update here.

This is a five star product with two concerns. If your s-pen is not the most important thing, this is an amazing case. There is NO access to the pen at all. The only other concern is the waterproof cap for the headphone jack. It would be nice if there was a lanyard or storage option on the waterproof jack for the cap. It is just too easily misplaced.Other than those two concerns, this is an amazing waterproof case. I have used it in weather that I had great concern about the water tightness of it, but everytime my phone has been bone dry. As long as you take care to tightly close the charging port, and make sure the headphone jack extention or cap are securly in place, this thing lives up to it's water tight description.

The only problem I have with this item is that the button on the right is hard to push, on and off. Other than that seems okay;

I am really pleased with my waterproof case. I don't use it every day. I bought it specifically to read while enjoying a long soak in the tub. I have used it quite a few times now and it has worked well for me.

Arrived in about 15 days. Very pleased with the look and feel. Tested to be waterproof before phone placed inside and then again in the rain while on a bike ride 2 hours later. Makes the large phone feel a little less fragile and more substantial in my hand. I would purchase again.

Well made, and it works! When someone speaks during a call, it vibrates annoyingly, but that was expected. I wouldn't be able to use this all day, but it will be perfect for our honeymoon.

Head phone port does not work with cord sent threads do not line up with hole in phone but overall it's a decent case
