I've used inexpensive car covers before. They end up feeling like a giant bundle of plastic wrap, and last about as long. This one is a little thicker, has a nice inner lining, and has held up for almost 2 months already, coming on and off the car several times. One of our cars is parked under a large pine tree we cannot trim (neighbor's tree--'nuff said), and gets loaded with pine needles and covered in sap. It's horrible. Sap doesn't wash off and pine needles clog every crevasse. This cover fits the car well--it's a little loose but has stayed on in 30mph gusts. It has a distinct front and back and is easy to put on and take off. Being a little loose does help. The zipper door allows some access to the driver side for when you've forgotten something in the car after it's covered. Definitely worth the money for the aggravation savings!

I got T-boned and my front passenger door got pushed in and the top of the door bent creating a gap. Lucky for me we were just about to hit rainy season lol. Ahh life. I am so happy that I decided to get this tarp because it never once leaked and even though it got super windy, it stayed on my car. I know that if I had tried to cover the gap myself, it would have leaked. Once I got my door fixed, I was a little worried about getting it all back into the bag that it came in, but it actually all fit back nicely and hopefully I don’t need to use it again but I know if I do it’s the sure thing. I have a 2011 Kia Sorrento.

Fit algorithm worked well for our RAV4 Prime, it's a snug fit, but you can still have charging port door open with cable coming out. The door zipper is a little behind the end of the door, so you can only open the door partway to drop things on the front seat. It's best if you've already removed, or put back, items before you pull the cover over. Can't really speak to the durability, as we've yet to go through the winter season. I imagine covering and uncovering the car would be a hassle if it's raining (or snowing). The thin cable and lock seem a little flimsy, but probably a deterrent against impulse theft.

This is probably one on the worst car covers I have ever owned. It lasted about 5 months, then got very brittle and started to tear in multiple places. I tried to contact the company multiple times to get a replacement...no response. I noticed this cover comes with NO warranty - this should be a warning when when buying a car cover. Not sure how this cover has such high ratings...the company may be doing a bait and switch...now sending out a lower quality cover. Would love to here for other customers who have purchased this cover over the past 6 months or a year.

If you look for a decent car cover for your car, I strongly recommend to consider buying Titan Lightweight Poly 210T. I live in Florida and needless to explain the brutality of the sunlight during the summer months. The cover is easy to install, you don't need to be a German engineer. Light weight and durable. Survived a few very heavy seasonal storms, and proved itself that it is absolutely waterproof. On the picture, under the cover, there is a 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport, so it is a perfect fit. I like the way they created those ears for the rearview mirrors to avoid extra stretch and tension. However if your car has roof cross bars attached to the roof rack, like my car has, you may have water left between them on top of the cover after heavy rain. That is the reason I know that it is waterproof LOL :-).
