I used to make jewelry. Tiffany Technique. The video is just my junk testing pieces not my actual selling pieces :) .. but the solder finishes with a high shine. Flows well going on. I do grind my pieces down and then bring back to a shine. Which it does well. I also tested antiquing on it which it takes really well. I was able to engrave into it with a simple engraver at lowest setting and it was easy and smooth to engrave. It also does well if you're adding a texture on the surface. It's strong yet still soft enough to do basic jewelry techniques with!!

I wasn’t comfortable with working with lead solder with young kids in the house so I tried this instead. I was nervous because everyone hates on lead free solder for stained glass. This product was a pleasant surprise. I found it equally easy to use and it held patina well. Highly recommend for lead free projects.

This is hands down the BEST QUALITY solder for the work that I do in making jewelry. Will be buying more!

Excellent packaging

A bit shinier than I wanted but I think I can purchase something to tone the shine down and antique it.

The name says it all; Silvergleem. It looks just like silver, has a very nice flow and its lead free! I wish it wasnt so expensive. I think the price has increased recently.

No se lo que le pasa, pero no parece adherirse al soldador... He leido que el problema puede ser que el material está "oxidado"... la pena es que se me ha pasado el periodo de devolucion porque pense que era mi soldador, mis puntas de soldar... he comprado puntas nuevas, he comprado hasta un soldador nuevo! Y nada, yo creo que lo que está mal es este material... :( Es una pena, con lo caro que es y no me sirve para nada :(

This is my first piece with this type of solder. I'm super satisfied, although I can't quite find the exact temperature needed to melt it properly because I simply cannot find the composition of the solder. But overall, it's the perfect alternative to the traditional lead solder. The result is the same and you get rid of the fear that you might contaminate everything with lead. I'll be buying this regularly.

The price is a bit over the top, but it is an amazing solder that stays silver!
