What is the stiffness of the bristles? Is this considered a soft or extra-soft toothbrush?

In the product description, they are described as soft. They definitely are soft. To me, they are slightly softer than plastic brushes with “soft” bristles. I love them! I have slightly receding gums, probably from brushing a little too hard with my other toothbrushes. These bristles feel nice and gentle, but still do a great job.

Where is this product manufactured?

Our bamboo toothbrushes and silk floss are both made in the country of origin of the raw material - China. We have put a lot of time and resources into finding a good factory that has the quality standards up to par.

What are the bristles made of?

The bristles are made of BPA-free Dupont Tynex nylon 6 which is considered to be the highest quality bristle material in the industry. The only 100% natural and compostable solutions so far for bristles are either badger or wild boar hair. How thick is the floss? I have fillings and thick floss easily gets stuck between them.

I would say it's slightly thicker than your regular plastic floss but it's actually quite hard to say how it will work for you exactly. Some people have found it to be thicker but they say it's still pretty easy to wedge it between teeth. I personally have some teeth pressed together pretty tightly also, but this floss still works well for me. I guess you won't know for sure until you try it out :) Best regards, Angie from TreeBird
