Rebirth opf my late brother's lighted magnifier
Restored lighted magnifier to full potential. Ideal for hobbyists who need close magnification while working.

Diameter of tube could cause improper fit.
Size variation Order this light to replace a bulb in a craft light that has always been hard to replace. 1st order the bulb was wrong size. Ended up order the same exact part number from same company but different ad. The 2nd bulb fit fine. All part numbers are the same. Difference in size and fit is due to tube diameter that is larger in first order that then causes inside diameter of bulb to be smaller. No big deal, but be aware of potential quality control issues causing the bulb size to be different.

Works well but ensure you have the right size
I bought this as a replacement for the original fixture but did not notice that there is a slight size difference. Ensure the circumference is correct before buying. I made it fit by jerry-rigging it. Wasn't mfrs fault that I didn't measure and did not want to return it as a result. Works well after retrofitting it into the mirror fixture.

Order two of these lights, from Technical Precision. it took, even with COVID over a month to arrive. no problem althought the package went from Chicogo (stay 2 weeks), to Florida ( another 2 weeks) then to Canada within a week. arrive at home with no issues, well packed. However they came from InterstateUS which according to BBB has a Horrible reputation as I have discoverd. Installed the lights blubls and nis working. Got the lamp tested and everything is working well (save no light blub). Filed a returned quest and will update this review to see how thier customer service is.
