Solid Unit - Fair Price - Stellar Support
As others have said, it comes well packaged and as far as the exterior view it has good fit and finish. The controls operate smoothly and everything plugs in as it should, not too loose and not too tight. The supplied IPT-60 torch head is fairly common and its variants can be found on many plasma cutters from various manufacturers & brands. There are different stacks available for it including drag tips, so be sure what you need and get the right parts when ordering/purchasing consumables. Also, there are available parts/consumables for the torch head that are made in Italy which seem to be of higher quality than the Chinese offerings. Note that the torch head is of course the bit that will see the action and suffer the most abuse, especially if cutting thicker/harder materials. Blowback of intense heat and slag/dross while cutting thick materials will drastically shorten the lifespan of the consumables and the stack itself, and can quickly take a toll on the rest of the torch head. If you eventually replace the torch, make certain that the connections are identical, as not all manufacturers use the same interface to the machine. These machines, as with the CUT50, are mass produced and based on a more-or-less standardized platform that is shared between a number of brands with minor variations on the controls/ports and cosmetic differences on the outer cases. The upside to that is that it is a proven platform and therefore for the most part a known quantity for performance. Internal parts should be fairly common and inexpensive. That being said, similar is not always the same. Some brands may opt for the absolute lowest end of specs and components for their units, or may even go for internals that are made of factory seconds and selling essentially disposable machines. Most likely with those you are going to get a shoddy unit and bad to non-existent customer service and support, and a big hassle or hit a brick wall dead-end if you encounter a problem. This is why choosing a brand is even more important, which brings me to my last point and the main reason why this brand has earned a 5 Star rating from me here. As others have also pointed out and I can now attest to as well, Primeweld is focused on customer support. I had some difficulties and they were prompt to respond and sort it all out. They went far over-and-above what I ever would have expected, to a degree that you just don't encounter very often anymore. To be honest, their customer support is beyond what I would have expected from a uber high-end manufacturer's similarly capable unit priced in the +/- $3,000 range, and those can definitely have problems out-of-the-box too. I literally can't say enough about how amazed I was with the way they took care of my problem and their determination to do so. I would not hesitate to do business with them again, and will recommend them to anyone without reservation. Final thoughts are that I do wish they offered more in the way of parts, accessories, and consumables on their own site, or at least more information on that aspect and some recommended replacements/suppliers. And of course getting the manual re-translated into more Englishy English would be nice, but really there isn't all that much to be concerned with in the manual. The basic functions are simple and straight-forward, and the do's & don'ts of common sense safety are adequate. The finer points of technique and such aren't typically going to be covered in a simple owner's manual anyway. Hope that helps some folks. Please acknowledge if it does. Thanks

Excellent Machine!
Review based on using the machine on 220V. Pros: Excellent power. At 60 amps, it went through 1/8" CS plate like nothing. Long reach high quality torch and extra electrode and nozzle included Build construction of the machine is very nice. Much better than other Chinese ones I have seen. CNC port on machine and adapter plug included Price Customer service was great. I contacted them ahead of time with questions and they replied back by the next morning. Fast shipping. Had my machine in 3 days. PT-60 torch has a variety of tips available for it. Cons: The instruction manual is pretty bad. It was not written by someone who speaks English. Fortunately there is not too much to figure out and you have customer support if you need it. The earth lead is about half the torch length and the clamp works fine by feels cheap. I know you don't need welding quality due to low amperage of plasma, but I may upgrade it to a nice heavy copper one anyway. I have not used the brush or face shield, but they seem functional but cheaply made. Notes: 1. Supply pressure to the plasma cutter should be 100-120 psi. 2. Pull the regulator knob out to set pressure. Push back in to lock. There is an air set switch that flow air so you can set the pressure at actual flow rate. Regulator in the machine should be set to 55-75 psi. There is a section in the back of the instruction manual suggesting psi, amps, and cut speed for thickness. 3. The air needs to be clean and dry. Mine is filtered at 40 microns with oil and water separation, then through a home made desiccant dryer, and finally through a Motor Guard D-13 plasma filter at 0.01 microns to get anything that remains. This seems to work very well. 4. Torch manual from Tec.Mo recommends the post flow at 45 seconds for the PT-60 torch to supply ample cooling. 5. Included tip and stand off work great for smooth metal but not for textured. For rough surface, you will want the drag shield tip or the extended shield tip. See Pros about PT-60 for more info. 6. Tips are available in different amp ratings. The 60 amp tip included works best at 60 amps. For work on thin material, a lower rated tip would be ideal to minimize heat transfer and warping. 7. Machine measures 10.5 in (W) x 20.5 in (D) x 16.75 in (H). It fit perfectly on my Vulcan welding cart. 8. I can't believe I have waited so long to get one. If you are thinking about it and do anything with metal, it is soooooooo worth it. I have more photos if anyone has additional questions.

Value for money. Great customer support. Great item overall, Definitely would buy again. 👍👍👍
Wow!!!! ive been waiting for over 2 years to make this review and now after finally getting this item, my very first plasma cutter, i was not let down. This plasma cutter is easy to use has all the essential features including a test air pressure feature which i really find useful. It has a built-in air filter with the drain nipple located under the bottom of the machine neatly placed i might add. The ground lead is long, has a firm grip and a copper strap between its jaws however i would much prefer if it was the length of the cutting torch lead. I am yet to push this machine to its limits but i tested it on some 1 inch aluminium with ignorance being my teacher, no idea of travel speed or settings and it almost got right through with 0 know how the pics i posted was the next day after watching some youtube videos and consulting the manual and in less than 24 hrs and i could do that so 2 thumbs up for ease of use. It comes with all the essentials to get the machine running including 2 sets of consumables so all you need is an air compressor and you're good to go. The customer service is top notch with the agent being kind, helpful and willing to get any issue you have resolved. They stand by their word and item proudly. Overall id give this item 9/10 for the build quality and its functions including ease of use, 10/10 for customer service and last but not least packaging 10/10 for the double clamshell foam covers, the metal cover supports and that sleek primeweld cardboard cover.

Performance, Value and Outstanding Customer Service
The Cut60 has met every requirement presented. No qualifier about price points necessary. This unit performs as well as any plasma arc cutter you can buy for residential 110/220 use. Period. Absolutely NOTHING powered by electricity is made entirely in the USA anymore (sadly). Even my Miller Multimatic 220 has foreign components. (The $4500 Miller had a shorted wire in it and threw an alarm when I initially powered it up. QC problems are everywhere nowadays.) PrimeWeld is located in the US, and their customer service, as well. ...and their customer service is second-to-none. The absolute BEST I have ever encountered, in any field. When the air regulator in my Cut60 began acting erratic, and the knob sheared off the knurling as a result. I called Primeweld on a Saturday, left a voicemail. Promptly at 9am the very next Monday, they called me back to verify the issue. No drama, no issues, they noted some isolated incidents with that regulator, and sent me a new one, gratis, under warranty. I received it in the mail that Wednesday. Outstanding product. Amazing customer service. All-too-rare nowadays.

Amazing customer service! Amazing product!
Seems to work well. Appears to be good quality. Very dependent on condition of tip. After burning through the first tip we have had connectivity issues with the replacements, resulting in poor starts. Other than that seems to be okay. ********Update:******* I contacted Primeweld about the poor starts, they responded super fast, solved the issue with no hassle and provided above and beyond amazing service. Almost wish I had called sooner instead of struggling with it. They sent replacement parts 2 day shipping (even though we weren't even in a rush, as it's only used for hobby projects) no questions asked, even explained what could have caused it, (over tightening of the insulator, which I did let my nephew change the tip, so it's possible that it's our own fault), they even threw in some free consumables which is amazing customer service if you ask me. Has worked flawlessly ever since. Definitely going to be making some future purchases based on the customer service I received. Amazing product for the price.

Fantastic customer service
I purchased this in July of 2021. I was using a couple of weeks ago and the knob that controls air pressure was broken, did not affect cutting at all. I reached out to customer service and asked about buying a replacement knob. They called me and asked if my address was the same as they had on file, then warranted the part . I received the new valve assembly today, I was expecting a knob. Thank you Primeweld for providing above expectation customer service. When I originally purchased the plasma cutter I ordered a cover from Primeweld and received 2. I contacted them and asked about returning the one I had not paid for and was told to just keep it and use it on my next Primeweld machine, I’m pretty sure that my next machine will be a multifunction Primeweld machine.
