I have been using Saw Palmetto for several years with little to no improvement in terms of waking up multiple times each night to pee. I started seeing ads for all these prostate supplements, so I decided to look on Amazon and read the customer reviews for several of them. ProstaGenix seemed to get the most favorable reviews overall, so I decided to give it a shot. I've been taking it for about three weeks now (I take all three capsules in the morning, with my other vitamins), and I have to say I have definitely noticed a positive difference. Now, instead of waking up three, four, even five times a night, I am only waking up twice or sometimes even only once. I am getting five- and six-hour chunks of uninterrupted sleep at a time, which had not happened in a long time. Occasionally I still have a night when I wake up more than twice, but most nights I don't. I'm sure everyone is different, and I'm hoping the results continue to improve the longer I take it, but for me it definitely does work as advertised!

I have been taking this as directed for 30 days. Reduced trips to the bathroom at night. Only two now compared to 3 or four prior to starting. Easier to urinate in all conditions. My bladder is empty when finished and flow is much better. I saw improvement in ten days and things have gotten better since then.

I’ve done my research!! Prostagenix is the best prostate supportive supplement out there. 3 bottles for $99 is worth every penny. This stuff really works well!! These capsules stopped my early symptoms of a prostate issue in its tracks and then it was backed up by my own urologist!!

This product did not work for me, and I notified Prostagenix (Verified Nutrition, LLC) by email a few weeks prior to the end of my trial period that I would like a refund. They refused. I would not purchase anything from them again. Here is how they get out of their “IRON CLAD” 90 day money back guarantee: You have to mail back your original bottles WITHIN 90 days after your purchase, and the postmark on the return box MUST be within the 90 day period, or they won’t honor the refund. They do not state this requirement anywhere on their website. I emailed them to see when my 90 day period would expire, and I emailed them again and told them I wanted a refund 7 days before the end of my 90 day period and asked them what I needed to do to process my refund. They had responded quickly to all my prior emails, but then they did not reply to my refund request. I sent them another copy of that email to make sure they receive it, requesting a read receipt, but they never replied, even though I did receive the read request, letting me know they had read my email. I assumed they would get back with me, but no reply for a week, so I called them. That is when they told me that they would not honor the refund because I had not returned the empty bottles postmarked within the 90 day period. If this happens to you, I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also, I would encourage anyone thinking about purchasing this product to first read the BBB complaints against this company. I was using Life Extension's Ultra Natural Prostate (UNP) supplement prior to trying Prostagenix, and it stabilized but did not improve my condition, so I thought I would try Prostagenix. After three bottles my condition had not improved and the frequency of urinations actually increased as I neared the end of the third bottle. No improvement in flow. Here is what has worked for me: Ultra Natural Prostate from Life Extension, Plus one capsule a day of Prostabel, plus 40mg of Puritan’s Pride Lycopene per day, in addition to the Lycopene in UNP. I also recently started taking one capsule per day of BROQ Sulforaphane, but it is too early to tell if this is working. (Search for papers on PubMed it Google Scholar by entering “prostate sulforaphane” for more information. Do the same for Lycopene.) Good luck.

I am 78 years old. I wore a catheter for eight months and after I was taking proscar, with side effects, and flow max to be able to urinate. I tried several different natural solutions, with limited results. I've been taking Prostagenix for nearly a year and it works for me. I able to urinate with a good flow, able to control my bladder, able to sleep all night without bathroom trips and my sex life is slowly returning. I have quit the proscar and flow max entirely. What more could i ask for. DHL attempted to deliver my order and then said it was undeliverable and returned it. ????

After 2 weeks I was only getting up 2 or 3 times in 10 Hours compared to 8-10 times. Stream is much better and no more urges to go all the time.
