Love this just to smack on, on your antipasto tray, or sliced with Your favorite Italian salami on Italian bread. Yum

Give it a chance
OK especially at first bite this is kinda strong, but gets better with repeated tastings. Is good example of stretched curd cheese so cut it along the strings to see and taste the strings. One suggestion is to try a slice briefly fried on both sides, which changes the texture and milds the flavor toward salty and lactic and away from bitter.

The cheese is really good the only one I buy, but the price is way too much for what you get.
