I ordered 3 different times. The first time when I received the item, it came to me with all the parts thrown in a bag... the bag had a hole in it so parts were missing... like the metal bar that attaches to the door. So, ordered another one which ended up not being delivered when it was supposed to; I got a message stating it would be another 3-5 days... so, ordered a third one considering the ad said "free 2 day shipping" and that when things go missing before delivery, they typically never show up. The second one I received was in better condition... but had been opened, taped back together... and had parts missing. Fortunately, I ordered a 3rd that finally arrived not torn open, not taped up... but in relatively good condition. Once I finally got a good one with all the parts... the hardware... cheap, generic... not worth much. The screws... aluminum. And the sleeve that goes through the door... it's suppose to have splines on it which, when the sleeve gets tightened down and pulled through the door, those splines are suppose to cut into the door securing and keeping it from turning or becoming loose. I took a pic of the sleeve with it's spline's... there is barely anything there. Since I've put these in before and with great creativity and an imagination, I came up with something to keep the sleeve from moving/turning. There's an old saying "You get what you pay for" and while this does work, know that you'll probably need to dream something up to secure that sleeve from turning. If you've never put one of these in before or don't have an imagination or aren't very creative, then I recommend you look for a better quality magnetic lock. The included sleeve you will need to secure it somehow.

Ingen etikett med volt, watt o ampere på produkten. Bara här i annonsen finns volten angivet. Finns risk för att folk använder en för svag transformator med brandrisk som följd. Annars troligtvis en bra produkt, har ännu ej hunnit testa

Non posso dire come si comporta come serratura perchè l'ho usata come magnete ; l'ho trovata perfetta nel funzionamento ed una volta che le due piastre si sono avvicinate collegando corrente il magnete scatta ed ha una tenuta fortissima, a mano impossibile da staccare. Come viene tolta la corrente cessa il magnetismo e si stacca.
