This earl grey tea is delicious. It has that classic earl grey profile with quality notes of bergamot. It is easy to make as long as you have a tea infuser of some sort. I prefer my earl grey made at 208°F for 3-4 minutes to avoid any bitter notes. It’s very versatile and can be used for baking, drinking, and even as a decorative garnish. It does have a little caffeine so if you’re sensitive you should be aware. The tea appears to be quality with decent consistency in pieces and no obvious low quality leaves. I think this is a good value and I’d order it again.
