These are your typical Standard Zip Ties or Cable Ties. You can buy them in packs of 100 or 1000, and there are 12 different color choices. It's important that you know the length needed for your project, and how much weight the ties will be expected to hold. These ties are 11.8" long, and they have a "tensile strength" of up to 50 pounds as the package states. (This is the amount of weight a tie can safely hold without breaking). Standard Ties have a tensile strength of 50 pounds; Light Heavy Duty Ties have a tensile strength of 120 pounds; and Heavy Duty Ties have a tensile strength of 175 pounds. I wanted brown ties to hang some bamboo/reed fencing on my wood fence for added privacy, and a more resort like look to my backyard; however, the local home improvement stores only carried black or white. The color, length, and strength of these ties were perfect for this project. They blend in well enough with the natural color of the bamboo; and since this type of fencing is so light, the 50 pound ties were enough. NOTE: If exact color of brown tie is important, check my pics to see the difference. These particular ties worked well for me and were exactly what I was looking for! Definitely recommended for similar type uses!

Bought these cable ties to secure wheel covers to the car. Gets expensive replacing a wheel cover after hitting a bump hard. Nice match to the Toyota gray wheel covers, not exact but close enough for government work. Specs say 50 lbs test strength. If this is true, the only time the wheel covers should come of is when it's cut off. Been about a month and no issues.

These are perfectly ordinary zip ties that met all of my expectations. I ordered brown and received a color very similar to the one I see on my monitor. The ties are sturdy and hold really well. They're not exactly the color I need for fastening my brown plastic trellis in place but they're close enough that from a distance they don't jump out at you, so they meet my needs perfectly.

I’ve had these for 9 months now to secure privacy fencing to my apartment balcony. They have held up from Jan- Sept and are now starting to break. I can’t expect anything more since the temps in Phoenix were above 100 degrees all summer. I’m buying my second pack of these now.

The item was as expected, of the 100 there have only been2, so far, that were "mis-manufacuted" and unusable. I have used approx. 50 with only 2 bad ones; not bad.

Heavier duty than I expected. And the color was perfect for what I needed them for.

They work and don’t break. I made a bamboo trellis for my beans and using these was way faster than twine lashings. Brown looks somewhat natural and doesn’t rot like twine.

Easy to work with and I hope they take the hot Texas sun for a few years when I deliver the follow up evaluation. I just made another order of the same as a similar product from another vendor flopped on me and I went back to my security blanket.

I bought these to use to properly tie down those large reindeer from Canadian Tire and it works amazingly well. I just trimmed the excess and you wouldn’t even know ties were used. A pro tip - I used my Fiskars flower cutting sheets to cut the excess plastic as everyday scissors were not strong enough. Brilliant value for money also - x100 meaning I can use them for many holidays to come

You definitely get what you pay for. This re-order does not disappoint. If you need a zip-tie that will not snap with a little bit of a tug, then these ProTie zips are the only option. I stopped buying Zip ties at the local box stores because they just do not compare strength-wise. Different sizes and colours are great too. Highly recommended.
