CAMOUFLAGE PERFECTION!!
BEAUTIFUL!!! I purchased this for my husband in another color that he felt was "not his personal style" so I exchanged for the CAMO print and he's absolutely IN LOVE with it! I was assuming we'd go thru a few more exchanges before finding the 'Winning Wallet' but 2nd one's the charm!! I thought it might be a little long when open but he says its perfect. He likes a roomier bill fold in the cash area so it's easier to slide money in after getting change. The quality is by far the best I've seen on a wallet in a long time! I know with Herschel, it'll last a LONG time! The only thing that worries me and him is the signature striped fabric and how quickly it might start to show dirt. The rigid design makes it easy for a quick graze to know it's still in your pocket where it needs to be! This wallet is just perfect!!!

Bought the standard wallet and thin Herschel
Decided on pick up a standard wallet besides a thinner one from the same company since they're well built. It's an average medium sized wallet that opens up and you can place money inside as well as 6 card pockets and standard inside pocket openings for paper items. I'm not exactly sure why some of the reviews are saying its 'large' when its basically a standard medium sized wallet that you can buy anywhere I was expecting something bigger and it's just a standard design wallet. (size wise) I recently have gotten into a phase of getting thinner wallets, but after going thru various designs, thin rubber strap, magic wallets, folding book style and even money clips. I was lucky to run into the Herschel brand. I bought the Herschel Charlie Card Holder (which is the same as this just for cards to hand out and 4 credit card slots). After really liking the quality I bought a standard wallet of the same brand and style. My personal opinion, while the more trendy wallets is kinda cool for a bit, you tend to go back to the standards design. Mostly do the easy of access to cash and cards. Cons: None. Great wallet!

Slightly mod take on a basic billfold. Very nicely done, happy customer!
great wallet - price is right and it looks great. I go through wallets quickly as they are almost always in my back pocket and saw this. I would give it slightly higher marks if the logo was on the inside. It is a really attractive option for a basic billfold. It's lightly larger than my JFold but pretty identical in structure. Also, I like the fabric, I have been trying to stay away from leather and would recommend this easily. It also stays closed on its own, some fabric wallets tend not to. It took a day of wearing but lies flat once it is a little worn in.

A great wallet if you like huge logos
Overall, I'm still excited to use my new Herschel wallet—but not as much as I thought I would be when I ordered it. Pros: - Minimalist modern camo pattern, tasty - Nice red striped interior - Simple bi-fold without the crappy transparent window for the driver's license (are you really handing your entire wallet over to people instead of just giving them your ID?) Cons: - The camo pattern that made it onto my wallet isn't as dynamic as I had hoped, it's really just a bland patch of brown and green, not as cool looking as the picture from the listing. - Would be nice if there were four-five slots on each side, instead of only three. - The wallet is super thick when you have just one card in each slot, like an inch thick—reminds me of George Costanza . . . - What the hell is up with the stiff card stock sewn into the spine? Who wants a huge bulge in the back of their pants? Wallets are trending towards smaller form factors, not larger. - The horrid logos on the front and interior right side—seriously, it's like Crayola branding. It would have been much cleaner to put the branding inside the billfold where the cash is stored, so I can find it if I really try, or if I am looking for a replacement. - Way too large, should be about .5-1" smaller in length and height. I was really hopeful that this wallet would be the one, which I know sounds silly, but hey, it's nice to get excited about the little things. I spent about 15 minutes with an X-ACTO knife carefully cutting and pulling the thread holding the horrid logo on the front (which takes up about 1/9th the total surface), only to find that there was some internal knotting on a couple of the threads I couldn't remove—so now there is some black thread that looks like a severed tree stump. I also removed the internal logo, which was harder since it was sewn in such a way to make it difficult to remove—which only made me want to remove it more. Does Herschel think you'll forget what brand the wallet is? I don't want the Herschel logo on my wallet to be a conversation topic when paying for dinner—"oh cool wallet, are you ten?" If only there was a company that made a nice, affordable, and non-leather bi-fold wallet in modern camo without branding everywhere. In the meantime, I'm going to use this wallet, and every time I see the inset patch where the logo used to be I'll think back to the time I tried to make the most of a sub-par situation. Cheers Herschel.

Sturday and Attractive Wallet
This wallet is considerably more rugged than I anticipated and just about the perfect size for a bi-fold wallet. It's a little stiff and may be on the thick side if loaded with credit cards, but my tween son loves it. No picture sleeve is included and there are no window pockets for an ID.
