"thinkThin Chocolate Fudge, 2.1-Ounce Bar (Pack of 10)" taste excellent so long as they are always kept at a temperature above 40 degrees Fahrenheit and below 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I live in the desert southwest, so when I first ordered these from Amazon last summer, and it was well over 110 degrees Fahrenheit, what I received was a mess, so I put them in the Fridge. Went from too hot to too cold, the taste was gritty and messy as the chocolate enrobing shattered and fell off, still better than 110 degree puddles I was first presented. Now that it's winter, and the weather is between 40 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit, every bar I have received from Amazon has been perfect. I store the bars at room temperature. The bars are smooth, moist and chewy, perfect in all the ways I expected. I will need to order a 6 month supply before May if I want to enjoy these bars during the very hot summer months. So, for everyone who is having taste troubles with these particular bars, try to schedule a shipment when your local weather will be above 40 degrees Fahrenheit and below 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

UPDATE I finally tried the Brownie Crunch think! Protein Bars, and it's my favorite of the standard bars. The chocolate taste is much yummier to me - a chocolate lover from way back - and significantly tastier than the white chocolate or the chocolate fudge bars. I'm on the fence about the crunch in the brownie crunch, but I've been eating these regularly for a year now. Regarding all the bars, the protein is at least half soy and at most half whey protein isolate. I am not sure that soy protein is as bio-available as whey protein, so be sure to look that up if it's of concern. I switched from other bars to these as they don't use erythritol for sweetening. ORIGINAL REVIEW I wanted to try some new protein bars, and since these are fairly highly rated, vegetarian and low in sugar, I decided to try them. And I really feel like I must be missing something... First, the positives. These bars are reasonably priced, and each bar has 20 grams of protein. The boxes are strong, so they arrived in good condition. And they're available in a variety of flavors. I love chocolate, so I tried a couple of the chocolate flavors. First, I tried the white chocolate bars. The icing is delish, but the bar itself is rather tasteless and not very chocolatey. Then I tried the chocolate fudge bars. The icing isn't as sweet, I didn't find it chocolatey, and while the bar itself has a little more chocolatey flavor than the white chocolate bars, it's not sweet and it's only a little chocolate tasting. The main part of both bars was soft and sort of dry. Honestly I am disappointed and also surprised. For my personal preferences, Quest bars (especially the Double Chocolate Chunk flavor) and ONE bars both taste better with a better texture. I don't think I'll be trying these again. But your mileage may vary.

The seller went above and beyond by shipping a box of these protein bars in a refrigerated box. I am glad they did because I received a second shipment that did not have the refrigerated packing, and the bars were squished and had changed color (likely from melting and re-hardening during shipping, my guess). I do love these bars, and they are helping me stay on track with my weight loss protocol, but I have found a local store that sells them and will hopefully not have to have them shipped any longer. The taste is really good, and these are very satisfying. I can usually go 4-5 hours between meals when I have one of these. This is also a recommended brand for protein weight loss supplementation according to my licensed nutritionist. They're working for me.

This soft and satisfying 20 grams of protein per serving bar is delicious! It melts in your mouth and it's perfect as breakfast, dessert, or snack.

I wish I’d read the reviews on the THINK! Website first…I received five boxes of the same lot of THINK! Creamy peanut butter bars. As soon as I opened the outer shipping box I could smell musty mold. I tried one and it was disgusting. I opened a second box, same thing. I put it in the trash and had to put the trash outside. MOLDY!! not chocolate bloom. MOLD. I reached out to Candace at THINK, because you can’t return them on Amazon. She was helpful and sent out a new shipment. Second shipment, SAME LOT, same mold. THIRD shipment - crushed, wet from the packing and hey! SAME LOT, mold. I now have 75 moldy THINK bars. All of them from the same lot. Waste of money and waste of time. Not to mention THINK is selling moldy protein bars. Gross. Dangerous and disappointing as I’ve enjoyed these protein bars for years.

I really like this brand of protein bar and stick to the ones with low or no sugar. This is my 3rd favorite flavor. They don't taste delicious, but for what it is, it's good and not sandy tasting like some protein bars. I like brownie and peanut butter better tho, tbh.
