I originally purchased these while I was on vacation in North Carolina. My favorite is the cranberry cashew. The price on Amazon is $3.17 each when purchased as a 12 pack all one flavor. I paid $3.99 for one on my vacation at a trendy little Mercantile general store. You can check the ingredients on the product information on Amazon because I’m not going to go and get one of them now and read to you in there. Lol one thing that is so nice is that they have a genuine peanut butter taste. It is a real treat and I use it for a quick breakfast or a lunch on the road.

These were super dry and crumbled all over the place when I took a bite. It was disgusting so I spit it out. I had the Fig Chia flavor. Will not order again. However, the almond butter by Big SPoon is delicious.

My wife likes these bars as they are gluten freen and taste good. Only a few stores offer them and the flavors you prefer may not be on the shelves. It's easier just to buy them here than to shop around.

I came across these initially at a coffee shop I stopped in during a bike ride for a little break with friends. I loved the bar so much that I ordered a box of them from Amazon. They are tasty, healthy and a great pick me up for athletic adventures. I highly recommend. I loved the fig flavor.
