Encore PrintMaster v8 Platinum

I really love this product! Easy to use, and getting better and discovering new tricks all the time! I only wish there was a manual so I knew how to use everything at the beginning. I am using it for newsletter.

I have used other printing software from this company and found it very user friendly after a fairly short period of time. That was several years ago. Fast forward to a new laptop and the need for compatible printing software and expectations of similarly easy use. There are lots of options and functions available, but if a user isn't more experienced, as in my case, I've got my work cut out for me. This is a user issue, not the manufacturer's. The vendor provided prompt, careful service and I would order from them again with confidence. Time will tell if Encore PrintMaster v8 Platinum and I will get along together. I think we will.

Love Printmaker v8. It makes making flyers and brochures so easy. Very little learning curve.

This product is very complicated and takes much time to learn to use. we are glad that we bought it ,but previous program was better to use (Printmaster Gold)

I've used PrintMaster Platinum 18.1 for years and it worked well, except that it crashed when trying to convert to pdf (a known Windows 7 problem). Luckily, I was able to convert the documents to pdf on my older XP computer. Unfortunately, that version of PrintMaster won't work with Windows 10. I purchased PrintMaster v8, in spite of all the horrible reviews, because there didn't seem to be any other options out there for Windows 10. As so many people pointed out, this is a horrible version and not at all easy to use. It won't allow you to copy and paste clip art from other sources without saving each as jpeg files first. The worst part about this version is that I cannot open/use any documents that were created in my older version. There is no help available either. It's such a joke. I would give it a negative rating if I could.

This program doesn’t work as well as the previous version.

i just downloaded it and haven't done anything else yet but will be doing several things like labels caards,etc. happy with it so far.

I found it difficult to impossible to de the simple things I wanted to do with. For example, I was not able to copy clip art items from this program file to a Word or Serif Draw document/drawing. By the same token, I could copy/paste a text from another source but it did not look good and was difficult to manipulate one pasted into Print Master page. The help page did not answer the kinds of questions I had regarding these problems. I would not buy this again or recommended it to someone else.
